Visited the location at 147 Palisade and will never go back. The server came from cleaning the tables and didn’t wash her hands to make my coffee. I asked for Almond milk and I think she deliberately put whole milk in my coffee. So to be on the safe side, I asked her co-worker to make me another one and she said she would have to charge me. Worst Dunkin Donut shop in the entire U.S.

Terrible attitudes! Doesnt matter how nice you are. They take it out on your food. I asked for toasted croissant with a little extra butter. Not toasted and they put half the tub of butter! They either put none or too much!

Terrible customer service starting from management the Asian lady always has an attitude I had to go back on several occasions because the coffee had grounds in it or the coffee wasn’t made right and she will not apologize or anything she looks at you like you are bothering her , so i understand now why the staff is the same way !! Dunkin’ Donuts you gotta do better we spend lots of money only to get shitty service !! Ps get another manager because she is not representing your establishment properly!!!!

The staff are honest and considerate. I forgot my credit card in the counter and they kept it safely. When I called them of my predicament , they did assure me that they have my credit card and I was able to pick it up with no problem. Thank you !

evening shift 2 old ladies made my coffee so nasty i asked them for a cappuccino and they made me a latte. i know they both are almost same but i asked specifically for the foam and asked her to blend to get the foam and she kept on refusing and kept saying she already blended it but there was literally no foam. i don’t like their attitude and customer service is worst
