The staff are honest and considerate. I forgot my credit card in the counter and they kept it safely. When I called them of my predicament , they did assure me that they have my credit card and I was able to pick it up with no problem. Thank you !

evening shift 2 old ladies made my coffee so nasty i asked them for a cappuccino and they made me a latte. i know they both are almost same but i asked specifically for the foam and asked her to blend to get the foam and she kept on refusing and kept saying she already blended it but there was literally no foam. i don’t like their attitude and customer service is worst

This is my favorite Dunkin in Jersey City and I have been to quite a few they are always nice and always get my drinks right unlike most others
Overpaying by using Uber eats I ordered a hot chai latte to the hospital, I received an iced coffee with no straw, now I’m being told I have to pay for the product I want again or just go F myself
The most amazing people ever. In and out all the time. The girls are amazing in there. Great atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Any negative comments or reviews below it's because that's a KAREN! I've been coming here for years never had an issue this Dunkin isn't just any Dunkin the food and drinks are great, the staff are great and the service is GREAT ;)

This place just makes me laugh anymore. The service is so terrible it amazes me how it's still open. I've been coming here for about 2 years just because it's on my dog walk and really the only one conveniently located for me. Today epitomizes what I've been facing for the past 2 years. I placed a mobile order for literally one donut. I waited 12 minutes to be told that they don't have that donut. So I asked what donuts they have. After listing a couple I said oh I'll have that one only to then be told that they don't actually have that donut. What? So all in all, with what I counted as three workers and another one coming on shift, with only one person in line, it took 15 minutes to get one donut. Oh and a little advice, don't place mobile orders. They'll still let you order the whole menu but if they don't have what you order, they refuse to give you a refund. I've spoken to the manager through email about this who assured me that he reminded them they could give refunds only to later be told that the manager explicitly told them not to issue refunds and to tell us to take it up with corporate.
