Been here for 7 years now and they always serve me and my friends well. Sometimes they take a bit to get the food but other times it's fairly quick. End of the day the food is great though and that's all that matters (unless you're in a hurry?). I've eaten here for breakfast and lunch and the people have been nothing but welcoming.

I like to check reviews, does this business deserve those reviews? So here is my experience about this establishment, the woman who takes the order was actually a little rude, but it seemed to me that only with me she was like that, with others she was more polite, I still don’t understand why? Regarding the atmosphere, from the first minute it seemed to me that they were closed and I asked a couple of times, since the chairs were on the tables, but the woman told me that they were open until 2 pm, but after I had already eaten, their cleaning lady began to clean another side and raise all the chairs again, to be honest it stresses you out and it seems that they already want to go home or just for you to leave. As for the food, I would say that it’s not so bad, I see only a couple of problems - communication with customers and the fact that they clean up before closing, but in general everything is good, clean everywhere. I gave this review based on what I saw. I think I'll come back here after a while and if they make changes for the better, then I'll correct my review. I wish you good luck ? to this business and prosperity.

We arrived late morning for breakfast before heading to the airport. El Cabanol was in the middle of preparing their many lunchtime delivery orders but still provided a very tasty meal without a long wait. It was hot and delicious! Nice clean diner atmosphere run by a local family. Give it a try!

A little gem hidden by the Holland Tunnel. It's fast, it's friendly, it's plentiful portions, and it's the best prices you'll get on either side of the river for breakfast; Steak and Eggs, complete with toast and potatoes, will run you about $10. Take a trip if you're ever in need of a quick breakfast hit, you won't regret it.
