Food was very dry no taste, I had rice and beans and stew chicken had to throw it out! I had so up it was no taste as well and when I opening it it spilled everywhere! Super surprise!

I am giving them a ratings of zero stars but I had to put one star on here in order to post this, but they don’t deserve one star at all. I ordered turkey wings with rice and red beans and macaroni and cheese. They called me and told me that they didn’t have turkey wings so I ended up saying OK roasted chicken, macaroni and cheese and a salad because they didn’t have steamed vegetables, which I asked for OK so I made that clear. I never received my order, but I got a text message saying that my order was delivered when I clicked on the text message, it says this where the order was delivered. It showed black. There was no picture showing where it was delivered. I even went downstairs and was waiting. My order never came so I called back to the restaurant to inform the lady that my order never came, and it showed up that the order was deliverednow all of a sudden the lady says oh you have to give it some time. The order is coming. Even after I told her that it said it was delivered so she hung up I called back again now it’s a busy signal.I went on Grubhub clicked on Help put my information in and they refunded me my $32.88 OK right away and I will never order from this restaurant again because when I called back to speak to the ladies they put the phone on Busy signal so I couldn’t talk to them so guess what you get a bad review from me I’m giving zero stars that’s bad for business. I don’t appreciate how I was treated not one bit and it was unacceptable. I will never order from them again.

Great food and price BUT watch when you pay with card! I was once charged $23 tip on a $14 food order even though I had paid CASH TIP! when I called about it it seems she didn't understand the problem. I let it go because I really like them and they work hard.

They serve very tasty and healthy Spanish dishes. The food is always fresh with healthy servings. The servers are very polite and friendly. The atmosphere is always delightful with a warm ambiance. Latin music always permeates the atmosphere. It's truly a delightful place to dine. And they offer take out as well. I give them two thumbs up ????

Their customer service is terrible.. Very rude employee.. They overcharge by the way you look.. The menu price online is different from the store.. Online had lunch specials 5.99 without a timeline, but in the restaurant, there's no lunch specials.. They need to update their website. otherwise, someone will sue for wrong advertising..

the lady handling food pickup is very rude. i don't know much spanish and didn't get her english. then she just went off in spanish talking to others about me. and denied it when i confronted her. I want to support business in the community but this isn't the way to treat customers.

They make up prices as they go, tried to charge me $7 for a ONLY a small mac & cheese. & the other girl said $8 . & that’s a medium one was $13. Meanwhile you can get rice beans and chicken for $10-12. If you look well off they will profile you and up charge you.
