The best empanadas I’ve tasted in a while. I got the sweet potato, shrimp and crab, ground turkey and steak and cheese. Everything was very flavorful nothing was overly salty or sweet. I was the last customer of the night. She was generous enough to serve me when she technically didn’t have to. I am definitely coming back soon!
My wife and I came across the truck in the Target parking lot, and took it as a sign we should have empanadas for dinner. We looked at the menu on their website before ordering, but it turned out to be outdated so some things we wanted weren’t available.We wound up ordering the jerk chicken, buffalo chicken, spinach & feta, cheesesteak, and cheesy mac. i loved having them at the monmouth county fair! i looked forward to eating the empanadas everyday i worked and the women working in the tent were very kind! best empanada i’ve ever had easier.
