Did this place close? I will cry.... so good. Came last week and the windows were covered with construction paper and now back again today and same thing. Loved this place! Will be missed. Where am I supposed to get a taste of Sicily now?

Their cookies are great!! As for what other reviews have stated, I've been here a number of times and have never received crazy warm welcoming service, but also never felt like they were rude either.

Great food and the coffee is good too. The ambience is really good. Just makes your morning more pleasant. My 6 year old son just loves this place so it is an awesome place for a quick family snack.

I come on here all the time. They have some of the best pastries in the city. I recommend the sfogliatelle which is out of this world, and even their basic brioche buns make a good quick breakfast. The staff are very friendly as well.

I got a box of cookies, not sire if it was ebcause it was close to end of day but the rainbow cookies and chocolate balls were STALE and bland. The canolli was delicious. Ill give enna another chance but ive never met a rainbow cookie i didnt like until this one which makes me sad.

I love Enna! Charming, relaxing atmosphere, great coffee and such delicious baked goods! It's cozy but you can still always find a seat. They're dog friendly, too and the baristas are so nice.
I don’t know if she’s the manager but I’ve never seen someone so rude in my life. I used to love this place but will never return just because of the customer service I received from that awful woman.

I used to love this place until today. I went there this afternoon with my son, the place was completely empty and we were playing nicely together. He did run here and there just to grab a few books but mostly we were sitting down quietly. Then at some point one of the workers there who was in the basement comes to me and said she just watched video footage and that my son was running too loudly and it was annoying for her. Well... how about you put a sign on the door saying

Well... how about you put a sign on the door saying that kids are not welcome in your place? And then go out of business given that the place mostly runs thanks to families? I've never seen someone that rude with a customer especially when we were doing absolutely no harm to anyone. If at least she had said it nicely I would have been fine with it, but she was so rude and for no reasons that she just seemed to want to lash out at someone. I would strongly advise to the owner to get rid of that employee, she obviously does not enjoy other human beings' company.

The carrot cake I bought this afternoon- it is so hard and dry- it feels like its 3 days old- scared to taste it. On top of fact that the woman behind the counter practically tore away the money from my hand and throw the carrot cake at me. Ended up throwing my change roughly 50c on $4 purchase in the tip jar. No welcomes, thank yous and have a nice days. Should have known what to expect when I struggled in with a stroller with not even an offer to help me out. Note, she wasn't busy because she had no other customer. Will never return to this bakery.
