I had an appointment for 10am today, it is 11am and my car has not been looked at nor has anyone given me an update. Customer service is not very good, should not be waiting an hour past my appointment and have heard nothing. Thing I am going to ask for my car back and go somewhere else. This is terrible service.

Food was ok had no problems with thatBut the service was subpar, made reservations for a Saturday and when I got there I was told I only had an hour and a half to eat (because they over book themselves) forcing a rushed service the entire night. At the end of the night the waiter handed my girl the check. Very unprofessional

We went to fire and oak for my brother’s 30th Birthday. I was excited upon entering because the aesthetic is really pleasing. While we were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive we decided to go and order drinks at the bar. Our waiter Fred told us that this was not allowed, but we later came to find out that this was a lie. This party consisted of 10 people and several of the appetizers and orders were either cold, wrong or not edible. Although our waiter seemed to be very understanding the management team was rude and assumed we would ask for items that we did not want to be taken off the bill.(I can only imagine the reason behind that smhh) Long story short although the atmosphere is amazing, most of the food is mid at best and the service sucks. I will never return here and it is unfortunate that my brother had to go through this ordeal for is special day while trying to enjoy among friends and family.

Lamb chop was great not salty very juicy Crab cake very fresh and delicious Steak was good , lobster (very fishy ) with mashed potato combination of that don't go well. ** have diarrhea and stomach bloated** Clam Chowder was good very creamy Espresso martini is great Bathroom wasn't clean and is very weird entrance . Service was okay. Note: I don't have sensitive stomach .. if a place make me feel stomachache really not recommend to try Price was around $200 ish
