I wish I could give a -5 as the service was disgusting. Placed an Uber eats pickup and they didn’t have what I wanted. They asked if I wanted to get something else but wouldn’t give what I wanted and there was no way to pay the MINOR difference in the price. They left the driver standing there for 20 min and he finally left with nothing as they didn’t return

Great Place located in the Westin Hotel - Had lunch with friends on July 4th and food and service was excellent - They also do a great Sunday brunch which you might want to check out - They do have bar service and a very pleasant outdoor seating if you like -

I have frequently been to Fire & Ice for lunch, dinner and drinks, since our office is very close to the restaurant. The food and service are consistently excellent and we always enjoy it. The menu has terrific options for all kinds of guests - great salads, pizza, entrees, desserts - and the drink menu is also broad and diverse. I have never had a bad meal and the service is just right, neither too fast nor too slow. Highly recommend it!

I pray the owner sees this. I never right a bad review for anything but this one deserves it. The customer service was sooooooo bad. The young lady that was serving the food didn't want to answer any questions. I felt like I was pulling teeth out of her. At one point she took a deep breath before answering as if I was bothering her. I had to ask her was she ok, because I couldn't believe she was so unwelcoming. I was so excited to go to my GT spot and was sorely disappointed. Also, I literally threw out the food. It tasted like it was made yesterday then warmed up. If the owner is reading this please do better. I hate to see my country man not prosper.

This was an awesome experience after running a marathon. I had salmon with prepared potatoes and green beans. Very elegant uet cadual with patio seating. A little on the pricey side, but to me it was so worth it!

My daughter and son-in-law chose this restaurant after the wedding rehearsal and it was amazing, we had a semiprivate area. The restaurant was very popular, thankfully we had our own staff taking care of us and I would say it was 60 plus. The food was amazing and so tasty. We had wine, sangria and beer and they kept your glass full and or replaced it when empty. The only small issue was they didn't have valet parking so we had to drive around the corner to a parking garage.

Im very sry to say this but you guys food have no taste the j*** chicken need to be season more. The fryrice and chowmein is tasteless
We ate here as we'd left it late to go elsewhere and we were staying at the hotel but it was a very fortunate choice. The food was really good quality, better than I'd expected from a bar. The service was friendly and efficient. It had a fun, lively atmosphere.

We loved this place! Very nice ambiance, and despite being busy they seated us quickly and our food also came out quickly. We got one item off the specials menu, an appetizer and some sushi. It all tasted amazing!

I was there with my husband on a week night and it was a disappointmet. I ordered a caesar salad with chicken and dressing aside. The chicken never came and the salad was bathed in the dressing. If that simple order comes wrong, I can’t even consider to come back.

If your in town, eat here! Just a 5 minute walk from the metro station and shopping mall. Ribbs, fishburger and truffle fries are the best!!!
