Visited today with my wife and had an uncomfortable experience. A man who appeared mentally unstable walked in, grabbed peanuts with his bare hands, paced around, and eventually sat right next to us after placing his peanuts on the table. The staff clearly noticed but did nothing to address it. We felt unsafe and uneasy, and it seemed like this might be a recurring situation based on the staff’s reaction. I have nothing against homeless or mentally ill individuals, but the restaurant has a responsibility to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for customers. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location, which is disappointing because we like Five Guys.

It has supplier trucks going in and out on many nights. the constant horn honking and loud beeping when trucks reverse can be very disruptive during midnight hours. It would be greatly appreciated if the store and its suppliers could work together to reduce the noise as much as possible, especially late at night.
I just want to be very clear. This 5 star review is specifically for the dude with the dreads and tattoos that rang me up just now. He was polite, attentive, cordial and embodying what all employees in the food service industry should strive to be. My man wasted no time, no extra breath, no upsell. Just down home good service and I hope whoever needs to see this, sees this. Throughout my time there, he was communicative and very patient when the women he was calling the orders out to would say the wrong item or quantity not once, not twice but three separate times. I commend him for being level headed and responding back with the corrected order without hesitation or attitude. Keep up the outstanding work my dude. You doing your thing and I hope you climb ranks quick and make money.
As far as everything else, pretty average otherwise. Good burger that came out quick, coulda been a little hotter but it was juicy and my toppings added decent flavor. The five guy decor is as iconic as the name so no complaints there. It was clean from my quick glance and besides the constant pop music(personally hate it but that’s a me problem not on five guys) I had no issues. The others were neutral energy and seemed to just be doing their jobs with no extra banter or chatter or laughing or arguing so can’t really give em a score. All in all, good 20 minute in and out stop after a rough day of work. Stay blessed, one love!

Honest review here. The wait is short. The milkshake is good. The Cajun fries are gross but they do give you a lot. I ordered a bacon burger but there was no bacon and the burger wasn’t very good. The place is a bit dingy and they are overpriced. I had my taste and won’t be coming back. Go to shake shack y’all. One good thing is that they have extensive fountain drink options. Hell yeah for that.

I was absolutely blown away by my experience at Five Guys. Their burger was a solid 10/10 — incredibly juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portion size was generous, the toppings fresh and customizable, and the price was spot-on for the quality you get.
The fries? Golden, crispy, and addictive. And the service was fast and friendly, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable.
If you’re craving a real, satisfying burger, Five Guys is the place to go. Simple, consistent, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
