This is my third visit in three years. This visit was the worst experience. The cashier had a negative and bad attitude. Moreover, I ordered regular fries, and I received a portion that was as small as a small order. Very disappointed. It wasn’t worth the tip.

As a former employee if you have a second job or working towards a second for professional growth & career growth this is not the place that you should consider. I'm not saying all five guys are the same there may be some other good locations and good managers in other five guys locations. Based on my experience this location was just was not it and that totally fine, you live learn , grow & move on. On Wednesday 8/24/24 I was not feeling well so I asked the manager Amanda was I able to swap shifts she provided me with an employee phone number to asked if that person can swap with me. There were no response so I let Amanda know there was no response but it's ok I'll come in. I came on time my scheduled shift and did everything that was asked all job requirements. Shaniqua another manager asked and said you're not feeling well ? and I told shaniqua I am not feeling well. While doing my work Amanda states you not talking I said I am talking while doing my work. Job requires for you to talk I responded I am talking.
I spoke to all employees there including her. From dressing , checking the bathrooms, the bathrooms were cleaned already was not anything for me to clean & cleaning the dinning rooms. Shaniqua an assistant manager came to me took me off line and stated oh I'm gonna have to send you home, my response were " ok can you give me an reason why you're sending me home."? She stated it look like you have an attitude I stated to her I do not have an attuide. I'm working, she stated it look like it on your face. I responded I do not have an attitude I don't feel well she stated ok today I'm gonna have to send you home you can come back next schedule shift. I said ok i will come in I'll ask for the next day for me to be schedule she said ok see you next shift I only been on shift only 3 days In training. So so yes I was a new former employee. I've been employed only a week at five guys at this location , Amanda and Shaniqua the General & Assisant Manager Terminated Me Because I Had Asked About An Upcoming Schedule. Prior to me applying and accepting the position here at five guys I spoke with The Amanda the manager and asked her about we making ends meet with my second job because that's really was my career goals as well as professional development heading to a fresh start that's what I really looked forward to she made an agreement with me and said she will be able to work it out me and said that it's ok just to let her know today 08/27/24 is today I asked about the upcoming schedule to be able to make ends meets and she state we no longer consider you because a behavior Wednesday, which she stated I had an attitude on Wednesday I told them I was not feeling well not that I had an attitude because I didn't have one. everything was fine I was told to come back next schedule. today when I ask for a schedule to make ends meet is when i got terminated. Not on Wednesday when I wasn't feeling well. When I asked Amanda why wait until Friday instead of Wednesday if you felt like I had an attitude after stating I didn't have one I was sick why didn't she just said anything until today and requested for a higher manger she states it's my decision. It is her decision, and im very understanding but to do someone like that it's not very pleasing. Not only was this was a lesson learned for me I just hope and don't want others to experience what I experience on their journey and hope issues like this are addressed and resolved and mangers will be able understand their employees; just as well employees understand and look forward to a successful path and career guidance with their managers innovativng growth. Not being terminated based off things that are untrue. I will continue to move forward gracefully. Thank you for opportunity.

THIS FIVE GUYS GETS 5 STARS OF APPROVAL!!!! Customer service was amazing. Burger was super fresh, probably the best burger I had in a while. The team really dedicated theirself to making the best burgers in there!!

We were customers the day before and brought good sales to the store.
The next day we wanted to use the toilet and the very unfriendly woman told us that it was only for customers.
I actually wanted to take a milkshake with me.
Unfortunately that's how it turned out.

JFC. They don't even get your order right. Missing half the toppings selections, especially the sauce which might as well have made the burgers pointless to eat.

Milkshake came with no straw, so I had to try to open it to eat it, and of course it explodes everywhere because it's impossible to open the tight lid without losing control and squeezing the flimsy cup to get a good grip. Looks like today is laundry day when I have 50 other things to do. I mean that's why I ordered fast food in, today is a busy day. Wouldn't have been an issue if one of the Five Idiots working there had the logic to pack a straw in with the milkshake.

Even though I like Five Guys burgers, do yourself a favor and just go to the Shake Shack nearby, it's already right there anyway. Diesel and Duke is great too. Neither place has ever gotten my order wrong in the 50+ times I've ordered there in the past 5 years, and I will continue to order there instead of this disaster spot. This is my first time ordering here after the pandemic and that says a lot if this once-in-a-blue-moon order was a total failure.

Do yourself a favor and ignore these fake reviews. I've worked in the online review industry for 5 years... find reviews on other sites where they aren't boosting their review scores and it'll be a lot more apparent how bad it is here. They've clearly gone downhill because I didn't have issues at this spot before the pandemic.

Waste of time, waste of money, waste of my water/electricity bill.

The food is amazing. Really. Their burgers are fresh, crispy, juicy, and cooked perfectly matched with their fresh toppings and soft and delicious bun. They overload on their delicious fries which is a huge plus. However, the place isn't really pleasant sitting at, but still very tolerable. Would definitely recommend ?

The only thing good here were the shakes and fries. I bit into a burger not once, but twice, that had a piece of bone in it.

They were yelling at a worker who seemed incompetent and unmotivated.

I had to ask for my milkshake 3 times. And they had to yell at the lazy guy to make it. Don’t go here.
