The food here is decent, but the prices are way too high—almost $30 per person for greasy, heavy food. Definitely not worth the cost. I left feeling very unhappy and disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I specifically asked them not to burn my patties and it's like they went out of their way to give me burnt hard burgers on the outside. Meat should not be crunchy. And the grill was too dirty which is probably why the meat was burnt on the outside. So disappointing! I will only visit the one in Bayonne. It's impeccably clean and the burgers are always juicy.

This specific Five Guys is okay. The burgers come out just fine and flavorful. Never got sick from it, which is a big plus for me. But the fries are always soggy and the employees have zero service skills. Instead of greeting you or asking “how can I help you”, they just stare at you like a deer in the headlights. Last two times I placed a pick up order and went directly to the pick up counter to let them know. Both times I was ignored for 10-15 minutes, despite my order being ready and just sitting there. For the area, this might be the best you’re gonna get.
