This specific Five Guys is okay. The burgers come out just fine and flavorful. Never got sick from it, which is a big plus for me. But the fries are always soggy and the employees have zero service skills. Instead of greeting you or asking “how can I help you”, they just stare at you like a deer in the headlights. Last two times I placed a pick up order and went directly to the pick up counter to let them know. Both times I was ignored for 10-15 minutes, despite my order being...

I had a good experience at this Five Guys. Parking here is very limited, so unless you live nearby, it may be difficult to stop for food. The establishment was clean and organized, and the staff were kind. Justin K took my order, and he was considerate of my needs, along with my mother's, who was having difficulty understanding the menu.The burgers were delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the cajun fries. Seemed a little too soggy for my taste, and I did eat them almost...

The staff was soooo nice and the food was good. The only thing is that I ordered what I thought was a veggie burger with cheese, but it was really grilled vegetables covered in cheese...it was still alright, just super messy. Aside from that, the insane amount of fries and the chocolate milkshake made me immensely happy.

Vegetarian options: Only one vegetarian option, but it is a burger spot, so that's to be expected.
