Hands down one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The deli men were not just rude they were flat-out disrespectful. Rolling their eyes, talking down to customers, and acting like doing their job was some kind of favor. It was disgusting to watch and even worse to experience.
And the manager? Even worse. Instead of correcting his staff, he doubled down with the same nasty, dismissive attitude. If that’s the type of leadership in charge, no wonder the employees think it’s okay to treat paying customers like trash.
This place clearly doesn’t value the people keeping them in business. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere. Plenty of delis in the area know how to treat people with respect Fresca Gourmet is absolutely NOT one of them.
Avoid this place at all costs.

This is the second time.I Went there 15 mins before closing and the guy locked the door and just turned his back on me. Whats the piunt of posting hours if you are not gonna follow them? VERY VERY RUDE and inconsiderate!

It is always closed, prices on stuff are not clear, payment minimums are annoying for a convenience store. You can’t just buy a drink, you have to go and buy other junk just to buy the one drink. Until they have actual business hours and have policies that make sense I will not be coming back.

The grilled chicken sitting in a tub of hot water was absolutely disgusting. The chicken cutlet reminded me of the food I got in grade school. Super mids.
