Galeria Cafe is a gem in Jersey City Heights! I came for the empanadas (which are very tasty) but stayed for the delicious coffee, extravagant yet affordable food, cozy atmosphere, and most importantly top-notch service. I’ve been here a handful of times now, and each time I’ve had a great meal that left me satisfied without breaking the bank. The owner and employees are all lovely and obviously truly care about the food and drinks they are serving. I highly recommend heading over to Hutton Street and sitting near the windows while enjoying a comforting meal. I’ll be back soon!

We used Galeria Cafe to hold our luggage as our flight was late in the evening. The couple we're lovely people and very welcoming, reasonably priced too. Excellent

Amazing neighborhood spot. Empanadas are fire. Family run place, so service is top notch as well. Not much of an ambience but it doesn't matter to me

Fantastic Cafe, friendly staff/owners. Made a reservation to store our luggage through Bounce (they also offer this service) while we waited for our flight departure and saw the menu and ordered breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, hand made orange juice, egg croissants and cheese bread, a very pleasant experience, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Cafe if you live or visit NJ/NY.

Been here several times and each visit has been better than the last. The Avocado Toston, Colombian Sausage, and Pericos Eggs are just a few highlights. This place is a local gem. Between the traditional menu, outstanding service, and relaxed atmosphere, you will not be disappointed.

Came in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The steak milanesa was delicious as well as the matcha latte. Definitely coming back!

Dropped in on a whim and had a great breakfast that is very budget friendly. Cute decor with very friendly staff. Got some empanadas to go and they were very yummy! Will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for the past two years and can confirm both Luis and Luz are incredible. They always make delicious homemade empanadas (always a hit when brought to work events, parties, get togethers), arepas, tostones, and the perfect cappuccino. I highly recommend this amazing Colombian Cafe for the DELICOUS FOOD, great vibes, and you can always expect a friendly conversation, a nature documentary on the tv, phone charging station, and great spot to sit outside during the warm weathers. They are very friendly and always helpful and brings a lot of love and warmth to the neighborhood.

I have eaten here several times. The couple that operates the place is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. They have menu of breakfast and lunch items, many with. Columbian flair. I love their matcha, cappuccinos, empanadas, and huevos pericos. I just wish there were better parking, but that isn't their fault.
