I was in the area over the weekend and stopped twice for chai, it was wonderful. Some of the best I have had. When im in the area again I will get another cup hopefully one day I can dine inside.
I wanted something quick to go but everything is made to order and I didn’t have time to wait, so I guess that is good that everything is fresh but some quick grab items would be nice.

I visited the restaurant 3 weeks back i guess … restaurant wasnt busy it was a eveng hrs in week day the girl in the reception was showing as an attitude to the us.. we ordered two dosa where she didnt even speak just showed hand signs and told us to wait … such an cheap behavior is this the way they treat their customers ? After finishing our dosa we asked for a to go box wer she didnt speak again just nodded her head and having a bubble gum in her mouth just went inside and came back and gave the to go box … we are paying for the food right ? Are we eating in your restaurant for free ? just teach your employees on how to behave to the customers properly she was soo cheap (Note : she is the girl with a long hair brown skin working in weekday shift )
Please teach her some manners

I had a really good service at Golconda Chimney NJ. Loved the food and the people who served. Please give a raise to Rajkumar (new cashier) and the waitresses. Treat your employees with kindness and respect just as much as you deserve.
All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a good South Indian meal.
I had a very bad experience here with food and staff. Services are really horrible and the staff is really rude. When we shared our review about the food. We ordered Veg Kolhapuri sabji and the sabji contained of very big chunks of carrot and cauliflower. We had the gravy and tried to eat pieces of carrot it was hard to eat and it was uncooked but thought it might be one of the piece so ignored. But later the cauliflower was very hard to break and literally big piece and very hard to break it with hand, fork or even with knife. We called attendant showed the food but till that time the gravy was eaten and the big chunks were there. They said we will replace it but as we didn’t wanted to waste the food we said no but do take care next time and she said will add the discount. Later when the bill was produced they added 5% discount I asked for more discount and just said will share the review about our experience. The attendant started to threaten that will not give any discount if you share the review online. This is seriously concerning that they are trying to buy the customer for not sharing there review about there experience. This is really disappointing and worst experience I have ever had.

Hands down one of the best place in Jersey city area -Typical Hyd taste across most items .
The food is really good ,especially the stand out ones are Mutton and chicken biryanis (almost similar or better taste than the one we get in hyd ) and In addition ,schezwan fried rice tastes the best .The tiffins are also freshly prepared with dosas as the stand out from what we tried .

Honestly the best spot in town! I tried the ghee podi idly, paneer dosa, vada, and idly—every bite was just amazing. The chutneys were next level and the dosa was pure comfort food. Totally soul-satisfying! Big shoutout to Vyshnavi for being super friendly and giving us awesome recommendations. Can’t wait to go back!
