5 stars for me because the service on the day I went was perfect. I ordered milk tea with pudding but the pudding wasn’t ready. I wasn’t in a rush so I walked around and came back after about 20 minutes. It still wasn’t ready and the lady that was attending (maybe the manager) she apologized for the wait and explained the reason for the delay. I didn’t mind waiting…she asked me to have a seat near buy and she would bring my order, which she did. Overall, I was very appreciative of the excellent customer service. My milk tea with pudding was yummy a bit on the sweet side so maybe next time I’ll have it with 0% sugar vs 30% to balance things out. Thank you for the excellent customer service. 🎉🎉🎉

The WORST Gong cha I’ve ever been to. This is probably my 2nd time getting a drink there. Tried to give them the benefit of doubt, but they definitely suck. I asked for regular sugar & they put 30%. The taste was just not like all the other Gong cha’s I’ve been to. Tastes more watered down and there was a gritty taste to it at the bottom from idk what. Probably dirt. Such a waste of money. Please close this location because it is absolutely horrendous! If this is the only location you’ve tried, please go find another one, you’ll realize just how much this place is no where up to par as their other spots. I would give ZERO stars if I could. They don’t even deserve one.

The Bobba was not so good but the guy did what he could due to the circumstances, Saturday afternoon with many customers and only one employee, very unfair to him.

Poor quality and taste compared to other Gong Cha stores. I ordered a cream Brulee milk tea and they just put a chunk of frozen cream on the top without toasting. When I asked and they just said we didn’t have the fire and attitude was not good. I believe there are some great milk tea stores around and will NEVER come back!

I was there at 11:30am (opening time) but the worker told us that they’ll open at 12pm. As soon as we approached the establishment at 12pm the worker told us that there were no boba pearls ready yet and it will take another 30min.
In my humble opinion if a store claims to open at a certain time, me as a customer expect to be given the services provide by the store. Especially if the staff had extra 30min of preparation time.

Tried the pumpkin milk tea with cheese foam and pearls. Was skeptical reading other reviews but my experience was better. My drink was made quickly and the tapioca pearls had perfect texture.

I love gong cha just not this location. This place always makes the drinks taste more like water than the actual drink. I’ve given it multiple tries but it’s really not good. I prefer the Hoboken location which is close to Newport.
