This is my first time here. I will start by saying I had my meal, then I read some of the past reviews. Now I'm writing my review. To start I read the menu and took my time to choose what I wanted. I decided on the Ultimate Chicken Cheese Steak Sandwich and I made it a combo. Then I placed my order, there was a little trouble there, one person started to take my order but then passed it on to another employee to finish it. All the ingredients are listed on the menu and I said I want it just as it is written on the menu, apparently there isn't a button for that because he kept asking me what I want on it. Ok, so I told him everything that it said. I got my food fairly fast, I was happy with that. Things may have changed here with the bread because I thought it was a big Sandwich, heavy, filled with meat and I am a big guy and can eat a lot. I liked the flavor and amount of food for the price. I did open the sandwich and thought they forgot the Lettuce and tomatoes but they did not, it was just not a lot and the heat from the meat shrunk it. Not a big deal, didn't really need it anyway. I did notice there was no spinach in the Sandwich like it was listed to have on the menu. So I looked at the receipt and saw it wasn't on the list of stuff in the Sandwich. So I spoke to the manager and he said they don't have spinach as the menu says. He apologized, and I also pointed out I was charged 99 cents for cheddar cheese and the menu says it included in the Sandwich for 10.99 the manager then said he would give me back the .99 cents. I said he can keep it as a tip, but I also said the menu should be more accurate. He smiled, I smiled ? I'm writing all this because the stars on this establishment is very wrong, this place should have at least 3 to 4 stars on Google. I give it 4 ? and with a little work on employees and menu could at least be a strong 4! I would eat here again, next time I'll try the Cheese Steak Sandwich, and let you know how it was. Oh and I forgot the Frys were good, Steak Frys cut. I like them like that. If you like them crispy you may want to ask them to do them well done, but I liked them as they were. Last comment the soda machine didn't have any diet options, I thought that was strange ? I suggest more people try this place and give it a fair review. A lot of people say go to Stadium Pizza, I think because it's been there a long time, it's good if you want more options in this outdoor mall but would not be my go to for a Philly Style Cheese sandwich, definitely not. This place is much better! Enjoy this place and you can get some Cold Stone too if you really want to pack on some calories ? I'll add pictures when I get home I couldn't finish it, I was stuffed after eating half with all the frys and soda...lol

Why will the Spanish lady(staff) asked me if I wanted frito Lays chips or fries when I ordered a steak sandwich combo with the fries.?She definitely didn't want to cook fries and tried to make me get a bag of chips,an easy way out for not to put in work, lazy...Staff need to be trained more and just put in the order as is on menu.

Honestly, I love their cheesesteaks, and treat myself once every 1-2 months, but I will NEVER spend another dollar here again. I placed an order for delivery. My delivery was canceled, because the delivery driver was told they didn’t have an order for me (mind you I ordered directly from Great Steak’s website NOT door dash). I called and was told, sorry your food is here, you can come pick it up. I went with delivery for a reason. So I asked for a refund, and was told no, they don’t know how to do that. I can try to call back at noon tomorrow. Then they tell me to call door dash to figure it out… again I never ordered through door dash, that’s their contract. All the guy would say, is “I’m sorry; it’s not my fault.” So, I order pizza from somewhere else, and then I get a text saying Uber is delivering my order from Great Streak. This is over an hour after being told it was ready - who wants cold, soggy food? Not to mention being told there was nothing they can do, so I spent more money elsewhere. Completely, unacceptable. Customer Service can make or break a place and this was a deal breaker for me. The customer service at the Colonial Heights location looks bad for the company, and yes will now held against all locations preventing me from ever being a customer again.
Update: the food arrive and hour and 35 mins after it being made, and on top of that the order was made wrong!! Complete trash

Finally tried this place today with a friend. The cheesesteak was tasty as were the fries! Well seasoned too. Only reason i’m giving 4 stars is because they forgot the lettuce and tomatoes we asked for.
