We are a Spanish family of 3. On March 13th 2025, my parents and I wanted to drink some coffee while enjoying amazing views of the skyline of New York. It was freezing outside and we needed to use the toilet.
We were dissapointed because we arrived at the Café around 6.45 pm and while we were enjoying our drinks at 6.58, the bartender told us to leave because the cafe was closing at 7pm. I don't understand why she didn't tell us before ordering the drinks. We could have chosen a different place. When she asked us to leave, my mum wanted to use the toilet because it was an emergency and this girl told her to leave anyway and use the bathroom outside. She was rude. The staff was neither friendly nor professional.
I won't recommend this place to anybody. For sure we are not going again.
When we finally left she didn't even look at our faces to say goodbye.

I love coming to Gregory’s but recently they’ve been messing up the orders. This is the fourth time my order was messed up. The staff is really unprofessional regarding these matters, and they don’t even bother remaking the drinks. If this continues I really don’t think I could visit again. Please hire better trained staff!

Every time I stop by this location I have an issue. On multiple visits they have forgotten my food order or drink order. The staff just chat with each other the entire time and are not paying attention to customers orders. When I order a coffee that's brewed by the cup, I've watched it be done and staff will not go check until I say something. I usually give service workers a lot of grace since Ive also been in the industry but this place is not worth the headache.

Coffee is delicious. The baristas are friendly and the atmosphere is great. The view is good too. It was nice that it was next to the hotel so I didn't have to drink the bad hotel coffee.
