The employees were great! (Joshua and Solee) and the coffee was also great The environment was awesome and even with it being busy, they took the time to say your name right and give you exactly what you wanted . 10/10 would recommends.

I boycotted this exact location for months on end due to the poor service and horrible overpriced drinks. its night and day now compared to previous months I actually received my latte in under 2 minutes tops . there were fewer employees on yet it was faster? odd. i met the owner sam and after a polite handshake and quick conversation I alredie knew she was the face of that location. about Time because I genuinely love this spot since I commute. tht girl does not miss a beat. 2nd time and its been consistent so far. the restaurant is also much more inviting and cleaner. ill give Gregs on exchange path intersection another go for my morning coffee. but if this is just a fluke ill boycott again thx

Compared to the Newport location, these folks move slow and inefficient. The girls that work the front can’t multitask to save their lives and always have a scowl on their face, as if they’re already prepared for a confrontation. Perhaps they know that their work sucks and are already on the defensive. This location just makes you roll your eyes upon walking in, especially if it’s a little busy, because you know your going to have to deal with some bs and a long wait time just for a coffee and a hot breakfast sandwich. Compared to the Newport location, it’s is like night and day, the workers in exchange place suuuuuucccckkk.

I ordered my sandwich almost 40 minutes ahead of my pick up time. But they started preparing it only after i reached restaurant at pick up time and asked for it.
Love Greg’s Coffee Shop, but today i come in , very busy morning so I understand the very long wait time but for me to had ordered a simple hot oatmeal took 35 minutes , on top of that when I received my order I wasn’t even told it was ready , neither was my name called out mentioning it was ready , just saw it standing there on the pick up area. When I was read to eat it , I opened it but was very disappointed in what I saw . Just a complete mess , there was even something green on top of the peanut butter , and wasn’t very appetizing. Maybe the manager that’s there on duty should train their staff better , because I’m paying for something that I want to enjoy and I couldn't even do that, not even an apology. Won’t be coming back to this location .
