I boycotted this exact location for months on end due to the poor service and horrible overpriced drinks. its night and day now compared to previous months I actually received my latte in under 2 minutes tops . there were fewer employees on yet it was faster? odd. i met the owner sam and after a polite handshake and quick conversation I alredie knew she was the face of that location. about Time because I genuinely love this spot since I commute. tht girl does not miss a beat....

Grabbed a pretty decent iced match latte from here. Appreciated that the matcha tasted fresh. Service was friendly although I waited an extra 10 minutes because they forgot my second drink and I had to remind the barrista twice (granted it was rather busy). This location is wonderful though. There's an amazing kid's playground right outside and the water front area is wonderful. Definitely nice to sip a drink and enjoy the scenery.
