This is the most serene and appetizing restaurant - a hidden gem in Jersey city. Service : by far A grade. Ordering is so smooth and their staff is so professional and always smiling. I messed up my coffee order and they fixed it for me at no extra charge with a smile.
Food: absolutely delicious. Love their menu choices and so many options to customize your order. Their coffee choices are mind-blowing - just the right kind of indulgence .
Ambience: very well maintained and so clean and pleasant.
This is our go-to-place for brunch in Jersey city. Our second visit here but definitely will be top on our list. I recommend you to try it out if you are reading this. I am sure you will love it and leave the place with a positive vibe.

Beware if you’re sensitive to cross contamination with gluten. I order some of their GF pancakes and literally watched them put the batter on the same spot on the grill where they laid open faced bread to toast. They don’t clean the grill in between cooking so my pancakes and mostly my eggs were contamination with bread crumbs. Would not come here again for food. Plus, they forgot my order so I ended waiting 40 plus minutes for some pancakes & eggs.

We are producing a film here in Jersey City and of course that requires feeding a small army. We ordered Gussy's breakfast for our cast/crew and WOW! It was packaged perfectly (not too much packing and still kept everything hot), we had everything we needed, and the french toast and pancakes were perfect! The scrambled eggs were gone before I could blink and everyone kept thanking me like I had made the food! :) Organizing catering with Gus was so simple and the price point was right for all the food we got! Thanks for helping us make our film Gus & Team!

We tried the Challah French toast, Canadian Benedict eggs, and Avocado toast. The Challah French toast was decent but not particularly memorable. The Canadian Benedict eggs were very good, though the English muffins could have been toasted a bit more. The Avocado toast was delicious, but the portion size was a bit small.
