if i could give zero stars i would. the workers name was april is super rude and she gave my friend the wrong order and she barely touched it and she told her immediately after that it was wrong because she was allergic to the flavor, the girl started being extremely rude and just wouldn’t give my friend a replacement for the small ice cream for almost 6 dollars for the flavor she actually ordered. probably the rudest “customer experience” ive had. find better employees. overpriced and rude, don’t come here, if you really want ice cream you’ll have better chances at other places at the food court.

They literally stole all my points and asked to leave the store, they did a redemption without my knowledge and being very rude when asked and they said “ GO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE “ in an arrogant way and with an arrogant tone This took place on 30-july-2025 6:35 pm Customer service would never respond to any of such things..! They always say it’s not their office hours Be aware of “THESE SCAMMERS” try to avoid this store…! There are many other people who’ve suffered with their behavior and shown their response here..! Listen, I’ve been to this Haagen Dazs in person AND have ordered for delivery and each and every single time, it SLAPS! Now, I am very, very particular about my sundaes. Not everyone can make a good sundae. I’ve even been to Haagen Dazs locations where the dazzler sundae just was not hittin, and when I’m craving Haagen Dazs, I NEED my dazzler to SLAP. And sorry, but I’m just a bit of a snob with my sundaes and food in general, so when I go to a Haagen Dazs and my dazzler is poorly made, it kinda ruins my mood. That’s why I am forever thankful for this particular Haagen Dazs because they’ve yet to miss. Also, Everytime I go in person, for the most part, the staff who take my order and make my sundaes are great, and friendly. It is so appreciated! This time, I ordered online. What I usually get, is a dazzler sundae, made with pralines and cream ice with caramel and nuts. Lately however, Haagen Dazs hasn’t had pralines and cream on their menu, so if they see this, I’m hoping they’d consider it lol! Since it wasn’t an option, I got a dazzler sundae, made with butter pecan ice cream, caramel and nuts. It was just divine. It truly hit the spot and made my day. I’ve could’ve eaten a second one lol. It’s the little things that make a difference, like someone making you a good sundae. I can assure you that this particular Haagen Dazs shop, is gonna nail it Everytime! I’ll be back very soon!
