I work at the URBY in jersey city and we always order catering from Helen’s! They are so professional and friendly when taking our order. It’s never a minute late when it comes to delivery. And the packaging ensures all the food gets here safely, neatly and includes so many things you’re not thinking about like seasonings, silverware, etc. The residents LOVE when they cater our events. We went on a Saturday night and ordered a cheese, pepperoni, sausage and bacon pizza. It was simply delicious, crispy but soft, with an excellent flavor. The salad is a perfect match and the dressing is delicious. Highly recommended. Cesar Gasca

For as expensive as this pizza is I definitely wasn’t expecting this mess. We ordered pizza for children at the school and the slices were hardly cut. I had to use a plastic knife to try and cut the slices myself. Half of the entire 3 pies were dough covered in sauce because majority of the cheese was off of the pizza and on the side of the box as seen in the picture. Never again

Third time now when ordering from Uber Eats it has taken over an hour to get our food from here. 2 times at 1 1/2 hours with an Uber Eats rep intervention and this most recent time we are at 2 hours and still nothing!!! Not even the rep can get through to them and they keep telling the drivers it's almost ready 3 times now!!! Beware of way too long wait times through UberEats.
Their slices are phenomenal, loved the seasonal bbq chicken. They throw in a free marg personal pizza for purchases over $20 and it’s very tasty. Tried ordering on their website, sometimes doesn’t have the same options as Postmates/UberEats. Always fast when delivering, professionally made, carefully packaged. Highly recommend, love this place.

Average pizza, only ever had it delivered. They give delivery drivers on bikes the flimsiest 12 inch box. The last two orders I've placed with them have arrived completely crushed with missing items and broken quality seals - I definitely blame the driver for part of this but do you really expect a paper thin pizza box to travel well when most delivery people in the area use bikes...
