Helens is part of the old guarde on Newark Ave. Pizza slices are generously sized. I got 1 pepperoni slice to sample the sauce and 1 white with broccoli. Crust is appropriately thin and crispy on the outside, and the sauce is slightly sweet, not excessively so. Not usually a sweet sauce person but I was fine with this. Whole thing cost 9.60. Pretty good, maybe not the best slice I've ever had but still good. The white was less impressive. The ricotta was giving cream cheese frankly. A shame considering and part of why I marked down. Anyways worthwhile slice if you are in the area.

The Penne Alla Vodka is a must-order dish. I have ordered it multiple times, and this dish never disappoints. Staff is super sweet, and the quantity is a bonus along with the deliciousness. If you're craving a delicious pasta dish, this is the place to go!

11.56 for one slice with pepperoni and sausage and a 20oz of diet pepsi. I understand inflation but, this is straight up highway robbery....edit 3/26 that's exactly what I tried to explain to the girl behind the counter, that the menu price does not line up with register price. She looked like a deer lost in headlights, her coworker comes out out of nowhere saying that's the price and I just ended up walking out. Was not really that complicated of the situation but there was no comprehension.

The pizza was so tasteless it felt intentional. Sausage has no taste, pepperoni resembles the taste of pepperoni in the way LaCroix Pamplemousse tastes like grapefruit. Cheese was a bland blob. $21 for the second worst slices of pizza I’ve had — second only to cheese pizza from Florida public schools — and two Dr. Peppers

I ordered from Helens on Seamless and used a coupon deal. I spent about $45 including tip and delivery fees and for the coupon to activate you spend $30 to get a 10” margarita pizza. They brought the food, over cooked noodles and mediocre meat sauce, just not very good. Worst part, they forgot the pizza. I called and the manager said she would send it, then called back 30 minutes later to say she wouldn’t because she did not see it on her copy of my receipt. She said it was my fault and there wasn’t anything she could do. Terrible customer service and below average food. Will not order from here again.

Very disappointed with my takeout order today. I ordered the tri color tortellini with breaded chicken and paid nearly $25 for it. The sauce itself is watery, and very bland, the chicken was not breaded but must have been boiled or something because it was tough to chew. I had to put in my own seasoning (garlic powder, salt, black pepper, hot sauce) to make it any flavorful.

The service here is the worst. I called to find out the status of an order I placed an hour and a half ago and was met with an attitude. I was told we are backed up, it's does not happen every night but we are backed up, I don't know what you want me to tell you. Do you want me to call the driver and tell him to not delivery your order? They could not even tell me how much longer it would be. If you can't deliver the orders timely maybe you should try not taking so many orders. Also maybe you should not tell your customers at the time the order is placed that it will be delivered in 1/2 an hour! I don't have high hopes for the quality of this order either since supposedly the driver left with the order and had 4 other deliveries as well.Update - the food finally arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes later. Everything was cold and the fries/onion rings were soggy. Disgraceful!!!

The cheese pizza I ordered was cold and smelled like rotten cheese. I wasn’t really sure how many times per week they change the oil where they fry fries. Unfortunately, will never order from this place again. Spent 25 bucks and was very dissatisfied.
