Guy forgot to add strawberries and blueberries to my acai bowl. Only added bananas to the top. He said it didn’t come with strawberries and blueberries when it’s clearly stated in the menu. I even had a photo since I’ve gotten it before and it came with everything so I’m not sure why this time around they didn’t add it. I had to ask for him to add it on after and he only added strawberries, not blueberries. Poor service.

Love this place! Definitely me and my boyfriends go to poke place. I am pretty sure it’s a family business, they are all lovely and kind. They always give suggestions if you’re new & they welcome you to stay to enjoy your bowl. We hope they stay around:)

Their açaí bowls are the best I’ve ever had. I love açaí bowls but NOTHING compares to this place!! I don’t know what they do to it, but it stands out and is BEYOND DELICIOUS!!! My husband and I are regulars and order from them at least once a week! One time one of my orders was messed up and I received a smoothie instead of a bowl, so I called them and the guy was so apologetic and quickly corrected my order and personally delivered it (within like 10-15mins) to my apt. I tried to tip him and he would not take it and said he just felt so bad the order was incorrect. They are seriously the best and you can’t go wrong!

Ordered a bowl with 2 portions of salmon and got the tiniest pieces I’ve seen from any other place I’ve ordered. They’re also more expensive than other places but you get 1/3rd of what you pay for. It’s also drowning in sauce and the sauces are oily

An expensive rice bowl - the plate was just filled up with a lot of rice, barely a sprinkle of protein or anything else. Everything is an add on, you have to ask before adding anything or they’ll charge you.
Not sure if the reviews talking about great portions were just favored or they love rice but I’ve consistently had bad experiences with this place. They probably changed the bowls because I got a much smaller bowl than the one shown in older reviews. Worth waiting to just have poke in NYC instead.

Food was mediocre at best. Not much taste, little portions of salmon, you'd think Salmon was $50 a pound the way it is served, mostly rice and cheap vegetables, very little Salmon. I've been to alot of Poke restaurant all across the country but I won't be back to this place.
