We went to Hudson Hound for Mother's Day dinner with my 88 yo mother. She is a purist when it comes to her steak, so we ordered the filet medallions with no sauce. It came out with sauce and when they refired it, it came out cold. Third time was a charm and it was delicious. She enjoyed the mash potatoes and spinach that they substituted for her instead of the broccolini. The rest of us enjoyed our meals as well. The Mussels were amazing, the Guinness Beef and burgers were spot on! The sticky pudding with vanilla ice cream which was complimentary was delicious. We will definitely return on a less busy day since the parking is very hard to find and they were out of their infamous fish and chips. Overall a good experience.

It's a sports bar. The food was ok, I had the HH Benedict with salmon. They forgot the salmon and one of the poached eggs came broken. The waiter immediately took it back, instead of the whole thing being redone, one he returned with it;the hollandaise on the side was thick and congealing. The salad was overdressed, and the potatoe cake cold.

The food and service was fine, the issue was with the reservation. I made a reservation here through openTable and was asked to confirm TWO times once, actually through OpenTable, which I did. When we got to the restaurant they said they didnt have a reservation for me and I was shown the tablet also. We were seated after some back and forth but was told we could only have the table until 6:30 (which was about an hour and a half after our reservation) again which was odd because 1) that is a really long time, but 2) the place was virtually empty. No knock on the food and the service after that point as it was actually stellar, but that experience was really upsetting, especially considering I confirmed TWO times.

Our first time here, came for brunch. It was just okay. Our party had the eggs benedict on both the potato patty (was good) and scone (was underwhelming), and a chicken sandwich (nothing to write home about), with a side of beans (in thin tomato sauce, not worth adding on to anything). The side salad was fresh and generously portioned, and the fries were good. Hot beverage options for brunch are limited (regular coffee and tea), no non-dairy options for milks. We won't go for brunch there again and assume that it's better to go there for dinner or a drink.

Sean our waiter was phenomenal. Funny, helpful, kind and on top of everything. We went for my S/O bday and they treated him with a warm choc brownie with caramel and ice cream. He had the Fish and Chips and loved it, which is saying a lot bc we just had it in England. The Adobo wings app with 6 pcs was huge and very good. I had the burger and took half of the burger and fries home bc they gave so many fries which were insanely crisp and golden. Love this place. Will def try it again!

I’ve always had a wonderful experience here whether for bingo or gathering a large group for a birthday. I’ve since moved away but I miss this bar, especially its ciders and fries.

I went to the basement to see a friend DJ some really good techno music. The drinks were a little expensive, but I didn't expect anything better they were just about right. Everybody was really nice, and I had enough room to do what I wanted to do on the dance floor. The door guy was very respectful and joyful. Overall, I had a great time.
