The ONLY reason I gave four stars is because Hybrid should be open at least an hour earlier. The moment we open our eyes on a Saturday, we run over and order. The nitro cold brew leaves us not needing a 2nd or 3rd cup of coffee that day. My husband loves the waffle egg and cheese sandwich and I love the loaded avocado toast. I drive past 7am Monday - Friday wishing I could stop for a cup of coffee. The people are so nice and the atomosphere is really chill.

Went venturing for a matcha latte and stumbled upon this beaut!!! The ambiance was refreshing and the staff was warm, for sure my new go to ! It was also very pristine and clean, a big PLUS for me

One of our favorite neighborhood coffee shops and cafes! They rotate different baked goods as well, which are always fantastic. The açaí bowl, waffle ( and/or waffle sandwich), and the avocado toast with bacon snd a fried egg are our faves! Usually Evan or Anthony is there and they are extremely friendly guys who make you feel welcome, even in the midst of a pandemic. [We prefer to eat there or pickup our orders to take home, so I can't vouch for using Grubhub or any other service for delivery and how that might impact their delicious food. ]

Off the beaten path hidden gem if there ever was one! They have a limited menu but everything is amazing! Please please please try the granola bowl. Really the only spot within walking distance of us where you can get a good healthy wholesome meal and be able to dine in. Family owned and they are so friendly. On top of all that they have a fireplace and a pac man machine! They bake the most amazing fresh pastries in very small batches, they go fast but you can make a request on IG ahead of time. Worth it! Had the most amazing "Texas chocolate chip cookie" and it was decadent and filled with gooey chocolate chunks. Could barely finish it between two of us. Just off of Central, easy to miss, but that's why I want to shout them out from the rooftops! Don't miss!!!

Super delicious and friendly. Hearty and layered Avocado toast topped with added egg and bacon will make anyone a believer! Also very vegan/veg friendly and options. Smoothie was on point and the beet latte was something new and healthier drink. Staff and place is warm, cozy and courteous. Stop in for a quick coffee or tasty breakfast/lunch.

What a hidden gem ? !!!! Prepare to have an experience, not a simple coffee. Evan and his team have developed a culture of service and a passion for coffee and other AMAZING goodies! I'm a HUGE fan of ther açai bowl and pretty much everything that comes out of Hybrid's oven.Their team has always been incredible and every time we go we feel at ?. Loved everything about our visit to Hybrid! The interior design is beautiful (LOVE the old sewing machine takes). The food is delicious, highly recommend the avocado toast (must do bacon), but every food item we have had is 10/10. Flat white was the best I’ve had in the heights. Every time we have visited it’s consistently good.Such lovely service and the passion behind Hybrid is refreshing. I recommend stopping by, and really hope more learn about this hidden gem.

Best. Flat. White. Ever!! Wow. Evan made it so easily as he talked about his love for design, the coffee truck/shop and how he designed the 2 Crepes shop in JC. My experience was amazing for such a quick walk-in. I've added this to my favorites in JC and will be back for more coffee. Oh and I devoured their chocolate chunk chip cookie ?? #SupportLocal
