For the price it just does not feel substantial or quality, not sure what to think since I'm not sure I would want the meal to be cheaper anyway. You could get higher quality for similar prices at other places in jersey city hoboken anyway.

I've been here twice; once for sushi, once for poke, because I pass by this spot all the time since I live nearby. It was about ~$19 for a poke bowl, with 3 types of fish, which is in line with other "expensive" sushi/poke spots. The bowl didn't come with crunchy toppings (even though I specified), and the rice was absolutely drenched in the yuzu sauce to the point that it was barely edible. Way too much vinegar in it. Their sushi is expensive for the pieces you get (they're very thin), and there isn't a lot of fish in the pieces.I don't recommend this spot. You're better off trying out Wisp Express or Domodomo for sushi, or Honolulu Poke/Piki Poke for poke.

Oh my god. I can't even remember having sushi this fresh. After ordering from another local spot and had a fishy roll I decided to change things up. I now have a new favorite sushi spot that will be in constant rotation. The yellowtail sashimi was S tier.

We ordered here for the first time.Got the bento box, fried ribs and teriyaki salmon. Big portions of food.We also tried the Ichiban roll which is very goodWe're gonna try different roll next time.Wish they have a dine-in though and a bench or chairs to sit down while waiting for the food also the day we went here, it was very hot inside, it was much cooler waiting outside the street.

I highly recommend Ichiban To-Go. The sushi pizza was creative and great! It was a nice twist on some sushi I normally would get at any other sushi restaurant. The only thing I would say is that it was a bit small for $18. I also had the spicy miso ramen, which was amazing, especially for takeout ramen. I asked for extra spicy, and they were able to give that to me. The flavor was super rich and delicious. The ingredients seemed fresh. My only complaint would be the price, as I do feel it's a bit high for takeout food only.
Great menu selection! They've got ramen, sushi, bao buns, and more! I was not expecting to enjoy the ramen tacos as much as I did but they're so good! It's a great spot to pick up food and go. Loved their spicy ramen and their Kobe beef sushi as well always tastes fresh and food is ready fairly quickly. Will definitely be back!

Interesting tasting sushi, very different than the usual. Their speciality pork ramen tacos were a miss very little pork just a ramen taco that was flavorless. Wouldn’t order again.Perhaps they are known for their ramen but def not their sushi.

First thing first I have to say for it being a local Jersey city spot the food is surprisingly delicious. The portions are within the right size for the price. Speaking of, the price is decent for the food you get. I ordered the teriyaki chicken roll ( didn't taste like teriyaki chicken btw) and it was filling but the taste wasn't there for me, the futo maki was smooth and creamy with a slight crunch, and the yellow tail and scallion roll was the highlight. The service was fast and efficient. Less than 10 mins for my whole order and it came in a cute bag. The store is small but it's not for dining in. More for just grabbing and going. Definitely a recommend if you're in the area. I do suggest they offer a wider variety of drinks and maybe some desserts .

I ordered delivery and the food is always fresh, I always order the salmon avocado roll with cucumber, salmon avocado with mango, and the gyoza for lunch. The service is top notch, always fast and well organized delivery. I recommend 10/10
