We’ve been here a few times and have always enjoyed the sushi. Don’t think we will be back again. We arrived at 8:15pm and they told us while they close at 9:30pm they were closing the kitchen at 8:30pm. We sat down and ordered quickly but the entire time we were there we felt like we were a nuisance and annoyance to the staff. They hovered, rolled their eyes and sighed that we weren’t eating/ drinking quick enough. We left at 9;15pm and effusively thanked the staff and they were silent and rude. It was a genuinely uncomfortable dining situation that we felt so awkward dining there. We’ve eaten there 10+ times but don’t think we will be back, such a shame.

Itto Sushi has probably taken over my top spot for fresh Sushi in Hudson County and while it would be nice to have Sake choices at the restaurant, the ability to bring my own with their BYOB policy, I can easily pick up a decent Daigingo Junmai from several places nearby to the restaurant as Jersey Coties sake scene isnt pretty nice.

Worst restaurant ever!!!!!!. Amazing decor, great staff, good service— but their bulgogi pork with sushi bento box gave me the worst bubble guts EVER. It was not a pretty picture.

We walked in at 8:30. The listing says the restaurant is open til 9:30. They refused seating to us and only offered takeout. We live in the neighborhood and are regulars of Itto. Horrible decision on the managers part. We could have ordered within 3 mins or less since we know what we get. And been out of there before 9. Will definitely question coming back. Restaurant business 101.

I tried their Bibimbap and Sushi. Sushi was quite good! The sauce for the bibimbap was good. I wish they added a bit more protein and the chicken felt kinda dry.
