Nothing but great things to say about Jam Cakery! I hosted my son’s 3rd and 4th birthday parties here, and both times were amazing. Everyone had such a great time. Tere was wonderful, she let me come in early to set up, and she was so sweet and patient with the kids. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish!

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake through jam cakery / tere Fox and it was absolutely delicious! We got the “Chai tea, vanilla bean cake with maple, cardamom buttercream” and all of our guests loved it! Super easy communication with the chef and looking forward to ordering more from them for any future events

The cutest and most delicious and mouth watering cake we've tried in the longest time! Our kid was over the moon seeing how cute her cat cake was and we even got a free delivery out of the kindness of the owner. Everyone asked where the cake was from and couldn't believe it was vegan! 5/5 experience! Highly recommend!

Jam Cakery is such a gem in the neighborhood!! They have provided the cake for the first birthday of both my children, and both times the cakes were delicious, nut free, and stunning!! We got so many compliments both on the flavors and the design. I don’t have a sweet tooth and yet I found myself eating leftovers.
The owner is also just a fantastic person. She volunteers her time running the local parent support group, and frequently hosts clothing swaps and donation drives, as well as a number of social events for the community. This a wonderful business to support and you will not be disappointed with the dessert!

We feel so lucky that we found Tere and Jam Cakery. It took us many tries to find a NY bakery that (1) could make a vegan wedding cake (2) wasn’t way too sickly sweet and (3) was within our budget. I’m an amateur vegan baker, so after 2 no-go cake tastings, I was prepared to give up and make our wedding cake myself – thankfully we found Jam Cakery shortly after and I’m so relieved we did.
Not only is Tere very kind and warm, but she makes really, really good cake. We loved meeting her for our cake tasting, she was so flexible working with us to get the flavors we wanted (we landed on lemon basil cake with fresh strawberries and cream cheese buttercream), and understood our desire to not have the cake be overly sweet. She didn’t balk when we asked for 4 tiers (some bakers we talked to said vegan cake wasn’t structurally sound for that), and she hand delivered our cake on the big day.
Our guests loved our cake, and many of them were shocked that it was vegan.
Unlike so many wedding vendors out there, Jam Cakery doesn’t upcharge for weddings. I look forward to getting future celebration cakes from Tere.

Her and Sierra handled the 13 kids wonderfully from start to finish, teaching them about baking, and letting them play and explore her bakery and backyard. We loved the little touches like how she incorporated our superhero theme into the baking class and made personalized labels for the cookie boxes for the kids to take home. Highly recommend hosting your birthday or special event at Jam Cakery!

Jam Cakery made the cake and desserts for our wedding and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The cake itself was delicious and it was what we asked for in terms of decoration. The other desserts were REALLY good, especially the cake pops and tiramisu. Our guests raved about the desserts. Would hire again and we’ll be returning for a cake to celebrate our anniversary!

Jam Cakery made all of the desserts for my 2021 wedding and hosted my 2022 baby shower…flash forward to our sons first birthday party yesterday, we had to cheat and only gave him half of his smash cake, because EVERYONE wanted a piece when they heard that Tere made it!!! She is a true artist and such a lovely person to work with. I used to give her an inspiration photos, and now I give her full creative freedom!
