i ordered through DoorDash to work and it got to me pretty quickly. i got the beef pho w/ extra lime. they graciously provided extra lime! the broth was very tasty, however, there's something very oily about it that puts me off. my broth container was very slippery and it was a little off putting, but the flavor was absolutely there. i've tried a LOT of local pho, this one stood out to me neutrally.
i will probably try something else from their menu seeing as there are other things that look lovely, and i'll probably their pho again in the future. hopefully theres less oil in the broth.

Tried the wings with nước mắm at Jersey Bahn Mi, honestly, not great. The chicken tasted super old and dry, like it had been refried, and the sauce was just sweet with no other flavor. Service was fine, but the quality and portion size were disappointing.

We love this place!! After discovering it a few weeks ago it is now a weekly staple. The tastiest pho, amazing wings and delicious stew. The portions are also very generous. Cannot recommend it enough and it's always a pleasure to see the lovely staff

The dish was absolutely delicious, the pork was cooked perfectly, the rice was fluffy, and every ingredient tasted fresh and high-quality. You can tell they put care into their food. The flavors were authentic and well-balanced, and the portion was generous. I’ll definitely be returning to try more of their menu items!
