Love the food from here, but they have to do better on their delivery. I normally do takeouts, but the two times I've asked for delivery, it's taken up to two hours for me to get my food, and it's warm. So please do better on that; everything else is amazing.

I stopped by here a couple of weeks ago late at night when I was hungry, and since it was the closest place, I decided to order something. Unfortunately, the two ladies staffs taking orders came across as rude and nasty having bad attitudes . I ordered a chicken sandwich, which isn’t your typical chicken sandwich as other reviewers have mentioned but the food itself was flavorful, which was the highlight despite the disappointing service.

My order was not the best … it was rock hard when I bit into it… taste was barely any ….would not be ordering from here again … for the price they charge as well rather take a trip over the bridge to go to New York… as per response I knew what I was getting not only stale there was no taste We ordered others things and was not good as well … not my first time ordering food …. It’s not my fault that when I ordered food the delivery was late ….

I tried ordering through Uber Eats and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. The food arrived cold, and the Maduro Yaroa was extremely liquid, almost like watery mashed potatoes, with no real maduro flavor. For the price, I expected better quality and a true large portion, but it was more like a medium. Hopefully they can work on consistency.

They are extremely SLOW. The one thing they have as a “special” they take the longest to make which is chicken wings and fries. CRAZY to wait 30 min for 4 pieces of wings and some frozen fries. Staff wasn’t friendly whatsoever. And unacceptably over priced.

I am really happy with my mofonguitos (yes I'm still eating lol) 😃 The salad on the side is fresh and compliments the dish. Overall. This is s a simple yet extremely satisfying meal. Staff is really friendly as well.
Absolutely rude customer service, so rude it made me walk out. Sad being in our community and want us to support by spending our hard earned money with people who are unprofessional.
