Really wish they would put online order pickups in some sort of device that keeps various foods cold. I scheduled a pickup order roughly an hour in advance. They made my sandwich almost immediately, like I appreciate the effort and hustle here folks but I can’t pick it up for an hour. Now this part I can’t hold against them, but I got held up at work and had to wait an extra hour. So by the time I got to the store here my food had been waiting on a counter for 2 hours that I had to throw out because the meat and mayo reeked something fierce by the time I got to it. (Best case scenario, even if I were able to go on my lunch on time that means my sandwich would’ve been sitting on a counter for an hour… still not ideal, would very much like for the food I order be made at the time I specify it getting made) Now if only there were an invention the could keep food refrigerated.

The sandwich was super fresh & delicious and it brought me back to my college years in Michigan. You can't go wrong with the Ultimate Porker & Turkey Tom!! The staff was super friendly and I look forward to going back soon, truly love having JJ in our neighborhood!

Every time I place an order online , it’s always ready when I get there. I love my Vito but not today. I could hardly wait to get home to eat my sandwich. But not today, my Vito did not have any mayo when I requested extra mayo, nor did it have any oil and vinegar. It barely had lettuce. This is not my usual juicy delicious Vito. I guess everyone has a bad day.

Jimmy John's dropped by our apartment lobby to give us samples of their sandwiches. I must say they were amongst the tastiest sandwiches I have eaten. The bread was so soft. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Ordered an italian sub here for lunch without thinking much about it, and ate nothing else that day because i was taken out by food poisoning for the afternoon and well into the following day.Just avoid this location. Its clearly poorly managed and just not worth the risk.

Giving 1 star because the place offers good sandwich but they do lot of wastage. I stay in the building above this restaurant and they have breads and other stuff thrown out daily which is pathetic. Instead they could just give this food to the homeless or the ones in need. Why make so much excessive when you gonna throw at the end of the day. I’m gonna file a complaint against then
