Ordered an italian sub here for lunch without thinking much about it, and ate nothing else that day because i was taken out by food poisoning for the afternoon and well into the following day.Just avoid this location. Its clearly poorly managed and just not worth the risk.

Giving 1 star because the place offers good sandwich but they do lot of wastage. I stay in the building above this restaurant and they have breads and other stuff thrown out daily which is pathetic. Instead they could just give this food to the homeless or the ones in need. Why make so much excessive when you gonna throw at the end of the day. I’m gonna file a complaint against then

Service is universally poor at chains like this so I'm only going to comment on the food. My Italian sub was better than I could have expected. Not great but not without merit. The ham tasted like ham and the provolone actually had real texture. In 2023 I classify that as a win. Four surprising stars.

Never go here. I placed an order online, the sandwich was completely wrong, and when I called to complain, the manager was incredibly rude and tried to blame the app. Terrible business, go anywhere else. Would give it ZERO if I could.

Was overcharged and didn't get chips with my meal. I ordered a regular #7 and a drink and was charged 13$, but I wasn't told to get chips. 1st time at a Jimmy John's probably my last.

Horrible experience Rude staff the place closes at 9 instead of 10 and the two guys that work there don’t even care they look at the people but they are too busy chatting … I’ve been there a few times this people close way too

Update Aug 2023 ...the owners of this location are a complete fraud and scam artist.That is why they have a low 3.5 rating. And google is helping them.My original post has been edited by google. They deleted the picture I posted.I never ordered any mini sandwich.But what you will receive when you order a regular sandwich here is smaller than a dollar bill.Shame on you.Summer of 2022 = The smallest sandwiches you will ever see.

The worst JJ ever. I have ordered twice and they have messed up my order both times. Couple months ago I had ordered a giant sub, and they just gave me 8inch instead. Today I ordered a giant veggie sub and it was only lettuce and cheese. No cucumbers and no tomatoes in a veggie sub ?I gave them benefit of doubt the first time, but they messed up second time too.

I went to the one in Tampa Florida and they were so nice and the GM Erika Hernandez was especially helpful and great , exceptional service!Kid-friendliness: The had a great selection for kids and were very kind to my kids. My kids loved it.Wheelchair accessibility: I’m disabled and have had trouble in other restaurants trying to get in and out so this place was great .
