Very Standard decor as far as fast food goes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had the 2 piece chicken joy with spaghetti, while my spouse had a standard 2 piece with Fries. The meals are all served with a delicious brown gravy on the side. I ended up ordering a side of rice, as I had so much left over. I know it sounds a bit unorthodox, but I highly recommend you dip your chicken in the brown gravy. It's absolutely delicious! The pineapple juice was also very refreshing. We finished it all with a Peach Mango pie. It's similar to the older McDonald's pies that resembled Egg Rolls. I think the only thing that's stopping me from giving a 5 star review is the parking. This location was in Jersey City, and we had to find public parking, which was a bit pricey for the time we spent there. If this was an all day affair, it would have been not so bad. I can't wait until they build one closer to our home. Until then, this is definitely someplace I'll visit several times per year.

CLOSED. Relocated to 733 NJ-440, Jersey City, NJ 07304 Much nicer since it has a drive-thru and bigger parking ^_^.

I don't want to jinx myself but I've never had a bad experience here. Consistently good service and consistently good food. If you've never been to Jollibee or heard of it, it's a Filipino fast food place, specializing in fried chicken but offering other delicious items like the palabok (filipino rice noodles served with ground pork, shrimp and egg), aloha burger (delicious, hamburger with a slice of pineapple), spaghetti joy (spaghetti with sweet spaghetti sauce, hot dogs), etc. The fried chicken is perfect for me. I always love the way it's so juicy and fried so light and crisp. Because it's a Filipino place, things tend to lean toward the sweeter side. It's really delicious. Please try it and love it. Oh and the gravy is so yummy on the chicken and white rice.

When I picked up my order of 5 chicken meals, it was missing 2 of the 5 drinks. When I got home, I realized they forgot to put the gravy. Not even one. It's unfortunate that the quality of service is deteriorating and I have to verify my pickup order from now on. I hope the new location will have better service.

They didn’t include forks or napkins on my order. We’re missing 2 large gravy on our 10-piece bucket meal and rice on my 2-piece burger steak. My friend even asked if they already put the gravy in and they said yes but they didn’t. Very disappointing.

Great fried chicken. The spicy chicken has a good kick and is strongly flavored without being too salty or greasy. The palabok is pretty tasty as well with ground pork, small shrimp, and sliced boiled egg. It comes with a packet of lemon juice on the side. Service is super fast.

Staff were very welcoming and ensures our orders are correct before payment. Food we ordered are delicious and made as ordered. I wish coffee was available all day instead of just in the morning, though. Dining tables are always clean and sanitized. We will continue to come back here.

Food is fresh and clean tables. Inside dining is open tables are cleaned after every customer. Chicken took 15 min to cook, so if you’re in a rush, order ahead

The only reason why it's a 3.5 stars for me(but I rate it 4 Bc I'm reasonable even tho I'm salty) is due to the fact that there's no halo halo. I'm so sad. It's all I was thinking about for the longest time and they say it's not going to be available until July. This should be a year round item like in California. Plus, it's what Filipino's are known for besides tocino, sisig etc! The delicious halo halo (sad). Anyway, I was skeptical about the chicken tenders but it is so delicious and it's so crispy even after six hours it's crispy and juicy. That's kind of crazy to me. Sad to see no calamansi juice for the palabok noodles (lime juice) and no Tosilog after 11am. Oh but loved the rice and burger steaks. So juicy :) with just the right amount of gravy.

Chickens good. Service is good. Place is clean. I feel like there’s some stuff missing in the menu! Just one of many chicken spots in Jersey City.

With all the hype I've seen about Jollibee, I was near one today wanted to try it. I especially wanted to try the spaghetti that everyone loves. Let me start with the fried chicken. IMHO it was just fried chicken. Very crispy, hot and tender but it was just fried chicken. It could have used some seasoning. If I want good fried chicken, I will go to Popeyes next time. Now the spaghetti. What the hell is this? I was prepared because I knew the sauce was sweet. I ate it but I would never get it again. It is just strange. I didn't expect it to be Italian or anything. This reminds me of how you would make spaghetti for kids. Add something to make it sweet and cut hot dogs into it. The best part of the meal was the Peach Mango Pie. It was so good, crispy and fruity. It reminds of how McDonalds Apple Pies use to be. Lastly, my soda had very little carbonation and barely any ice in it. I drank it because I needed something to wash down that spaghetti.

I ordered online directly through their website and apparently they use door dash as a third party to handle their deliveries. The courier dropped my food on the way and still marked my order as delivered. Jollibee refuses to remake the food because they feel as though it’s out of their hands once the food leaves the store. So I have no food, 2 hungry kids (who were adamant about this), & down almost $50. Extremely disappointing experience!Update: got in touch with door dash & got the food redelivered. Honestly, average but the kids loved the mango peach pie, so I’d recommend the pie.

Loved how crispy chicken was. Mashed potatoes, rice and Gravy was really good. Mango peach pie was delicious!
