Ordered a 2 piece burger steak with spaghetti side. When I ordered and paid for it, I chose not to get a receipt. I picked up my order and went to the car and noticed it came without rice. I went back in and they asked for the receipt even when I just ordered 15 minutes ago. I told them I didn't get one.. and they said I needed one. What a joke. The spaghetti was a little undercooked as well.

The burger was better than expected, the fries weren't hot but ok. Service was on the slow side. I'd definitely stop again for a burger. I do wish they'd have put some salt in my to go bag.

Jollibee has always been one of my favorite fast food places since I was a kid! I was super happy when they opened a branch here in the U.S., especially in New Jersey. But during my last visit, I was a bit sad to find out there’s no more rice with the chicken meals — they replaced it with a biscuit instead. The chicken just hits different when you have it with rice! I don’t really get why they changed it, especially since most of the customers here are Filipinos — and we all know, rice is life! 🍚❤️
Also, just a tip: always double-check your order when doing takeout. Ours was missing items about four times already, but we only noticed after getting home, so we couldn’t complain. Hoping they bring back white rice with the chicken meals soon!

There’s a reason Jollibee is known for having the best fried chicken in America — it’s perfectly crispy, juicy, and full of flavor every time. I even tried their new spicy chicken sandwich, and it was excellent as well. The food is always fresh, the service is friendly, and the experience is consistently great. Absolutely worth the stop.
