I have been dying to try this place for a long time and glad I did. Service was nice places clean food was surprisingly really good the next time I was told to try the spaghetti as a side dish. The chicken was cooked very well I rate it up there better than Popeyes and way better than KFC. Too bad that's not many of them around at least that I noticed but if you're near one try it it's well worth the visit.
We place an order for delivery, When we received our food there’s a two missing item. We called Jollibee and the manager told us to re order the item that were missing without getting charge and seems impossible. So we called uber eats to resolve the problem and uber eats told us we CANT reorder the food without getting CHARGE so they offer a refund instead, but for some reason they just hang up on us ended up didn’t get any refund from ubereats or Jollibee. Worst! we used to order from a different location same problem. I don’t know why they do this. Never ever order again to any location.
Inside the chicken was so slimy. It’s like they’re using chicken that should be discarded. The mango peach pies were great and the mango drink actually tasted like fresh mango. One star for the pies and one for the drink. That slimy chicken gets 0 stars.

My thing is, I'm a breast type of gal. So they don't serve breast or wings? so I was gonna settle for the chicken tenders........ why they OUT OF STOCK ? For my first experience there I was not pleased at all. The chicken sandwich was nothing to write home about. Probably won't be going back, at least not the Jersey City location. I'll give it a second try but will be going to the American Dream location.

Saw a YouTube video about chicken sandwiches on YouTube (Joshua Weissman, "I tried every fast food fried chicken sandwich in America") and Jollibee was voted #1. So on my way home from work I stopped. Man it's good. I went for their spicy chicken sandwich and I can say it was fast service, and clean and delicious. Juicy flavorful delicious, anything you want a chicken sandwich to be. I am a chicken sandwich man lol and it does beat chic fil a, Bojangles, Popeyes etc.... in my humble opinion. You got a new fan!
