Waiting for a response from management after speaking to an employee who said “that’s weird” to me finding mold in my food. I’ve ordered here several times in the past and I’m absolutely disgusted.

I get it! I'm old. But I can't get past the idea that you shouldn't take a job if you don't want the job. Especially if the job is in the service industry.I did not get past the hostess stand, so I can't speak to the food. The atmosphere and environment however are incredibly unwelcoming.Walking up to the hostess stand there were two employees. one did not look up from her phone and the other just gave me a blank stare to the point it was extremely awkward. No welcome, no greeting, no offer to assist in any way, just a blank stare no smile.It was quite obvious that both of them would rather be anywhere other than where they were, making me feel the same way. So I went to a more welcoming environment.

Very fun Cajun seafood place! Food was awesome (although a little heavy on the garlic, which also would've benefitted from being cooked a little more). Great place to go dig into some messy crab with friends. BYOB is fun as we brought four bottles of wine. Service was sweet but inept :)

Ordered mussels and shrimp from this place. Mussels were definitely frozen. They also overcooked the mussels. All the mussels had a very chewy and rubbery texture. All the shrimp were curled, meaning not fresh and overcooked as well. Extremely disappointed with Just Beclaws. I will not be ordering from this place again. Waste of my money. The only good thing was the lobster Mac and Cheese but the portion was way too small to justify the price.

I ordered online Crab Fries. (JB). Problem is the fries are cheese fries with crab. No where did it state that they are cheese fries. My husband has a diary allergy. I wasn’t offered an alternative. They don’t just do Crab Fries anymore. Very disappointed. ??

My suggestion is try to go as early as possible (3p) because they do not take reservations and they get crowded quick. This was my third attempt to eat here. the other two times I arrived two hours(9p) before closing and we couldn’t get in. I asked one group how long they were waiting they said, “an hour and a half!” So go early. I went early this time and we were seated right away. They ran out of coleslaw & sausages but that’s ok because the potatoes and corn were delicious especially in their JB sauce??The garlic butter wings, not a fan it was the texture of the garlic and butter not the delicious crispiness lol. The JB fries, you have to try them with that lemon aioli soo good! The king crab was good as well. Then I washed it all down with a root beer that wasn’t watered down. I enjoyed my experience overall. And you can BYOB.

Wasn’t seasoned properly, over cooked you can tell cause she’ll was too soft and the meat is stuck to the shell, learn how to cook what you sell. Service was not there, no table check back to see how we were doing. Wouldn’t recommend

I came here for my birthday and was soo good! The most famous thing in the menu and I totally recommend is the Crab Fries!! Hold on, Let me say this again CRAB FRIES! It is the bomb. This random sauce they put on it is amazing. I had the Lobster roll and I was also amazing too. I totally recommend that too. The bread they use for the lobster roll is nice and soft complimenting with the nice cooked lobster that is smothered with butter will have your tastebuds fall.Heads up, you can dress up here nice if you want but just letting you know you will get your hands and clothes dirty . Of course they provide you will have a bib but yeah I still recommend not dressing to fashionably.

I used to visit this restaurant a lot before covid. I always enjoyed the food. However, recently my husband and I visited and I was very disappointed at the way our food came out. We decided to not finish the food because it was absolutely terrible. There was barely any seasoning/flavor. It was bland, it was literally Seafood with mainly oil. In addition just look at the photos. That is how our food was presented to us. I'm not sure if we came on a bad night but our last visit was terrible here. Aside from the server my husband gave the server a generous tip because we knew this was not any of his fault. The server was great but the food was terrible
