I am getting a little tired of getting the wrong order. I ask for 8 piece chicken strips I get regular dark meat, I ask for 8 piece chicken tenders I get regular dark meat. I will never leave that drive-thru again without checking my order...And that Asian guy knows that I only order chicken tenders. SMFH The chicken looks soggy and is falling apart. My husband ate 3 pieces; I didn't eat any Yuck!

Just waited twenty minutes for my food, at no fault of the staff - theyre all great, did a great job. Management here needs to put more people on a shift, though. Setting these guys up for failure by not doing so. No one has time to wait for lunch because the people in charge here dont want to pay a full staff.

Good food, , but I didn't like that there were homeless people inside. One was looking for food, another was sleeping. Management needs to find a way to solve this problem because it doesn't reflect well on the business with customers. In the end, they had to call the police to resolve the issue, which I assume happens more often than not.

The lady that took my order was rude and when I asked to have wedges on my order the girl making the food put 4 wedges on top of cold fries. Terrible avoid at all costs this location

This place is not worth the amount of money KFC charges for the subpar food. I'm so disappointed because this is my 2nd time going and if I would of trusted my gut instinct I wouldn't of thrown away another $40 dollars,the cashier wasn't friendly at all it was like she was almost afraid to speak. KFC DO BETTER I can promise you I will not be back to this location to waste my money unless it's fresh food replacing the disgusting food I got the last 2 times and how embarrassing bringing this food to your grandma because it's her favorite past time comfort meal and old grease tasting chicken that was so greasy it was dripping of the parchment paper they put inside the box.

Be careful when visiting this location, they add things on ur bill without getting approval from the customer. I went in for a quick bite and looked at my receipt and to my surprise they added an additional $3.00 charge to some KFC foundation. Now I have no problem donating to local foundations, but it should be at my discretion and not some random cashier. I hope this does not happen to anyone else, check your receipt they might be adding things without your approval
