Every time I come over from Germany, the Komegashi is my first dinner place in the US. Never disappointed me. The food is great, especially the rolls are stellar, and with a reservation at the window (needs calling by phone) you have a great view of lower Manhattan and the World Trade Center. Staff is super friendly and the prices are surprisingly moderate. Btw.: extensive Sake (wine-) list too.
