Donuts, as always, were on point. The service, not so much so. I always hate when I am respectful and customer service is shoddy. I feel doubly disrespected.

Very interesting store as it is at the base of an enormous building. The footprint of the Krispy Kreme looks enormous from the outside. But on the inside, it is quaint. The "donut factory" machine (not sure the right name for it) is visible through a window. Friendly service and delicious food!

This Krispy Kreme has been here since 2017 and we have been regulars since. They have their famous Krispy Kreme doughnut machine, where you can view them being made through a display glass like at a car wash, at the entrance that typically runs in the mornings. This shop is not usually busy but once in awhile you may need to wait in line for 5+ minutes.??I am finally posting a review since my daughter got quite excited realizing they give away two free classic glazed doughnuts on Super Tuesday races during primary elections and caucuses! ??Parking: Set back at one of the busiest intersections of Downtown Jersey City. Many do illegally park on Marin Blvd to get their KK doughnut fix ?♂️

Horrible! Trusting the brand I didn't check the box until I got home. Almost $17 later this is what I got.... these are not doughnuts these are rings.

Always receive great service from the manager Brittany and staff. Best decorations around for any season too. Family friendly place where you feel comfortable hanging out for a bit with indoor/outdoor seating to enjoy your coffee/doughnut and a window to view the doughnut making machine. Kids love it.Kid-friendliness: Paper hats and window to view doughnut making machineWheelchair accessibility: Ramp Accessible

I always stop off here to pick up my usual coffee…, but this timeI sensed a little attitude with that one person working here by himself on this cold Friday evening. His body language and attitude was horrible… I just stared at him until he acknowledged what he was doing..Don’t really want to comment about anyone like this but I think the overall workCulture here is not up to par with what this company expects from their workers And I’m sure there may be a couple of individuals there who take there job seriously but it’s always someone in the group who spoils things for everyone… Hope things will change soon. I’m still a loyalCustomer.

Well haven’t been here in years. Lemon filling was disgusting. Cheesecake didn’t taste like cheesecake. And Carmel was not good. However, raspberry jelly was excellent. So was Boston’s cream pic included. Pricey 12 was 23.00 too much for 12 doughnuts, that weren’t phenomenal. Service was 5 star. Christmas decor was warming. Would only recommend the raspberry they were delicious!

Rude cashier staff. Said hello and smiled, male staff did not greet and want to answer my question about the flavors.

Coffee and donut were good but the lady have a lot of attitude. If you go there you’ll realize she is so cheerful and greets ‘Good Mornings’ to all white customers but for us (Indian) no Good Mornings! No nothing, just take your coffee and leave. Not even ‘Have a Good Day’!
