Good food, fun experience and a chill place to go out with friends. It may be a tad pricey though depending on how much you eat. I paid around $110 for two people.

I visited this place in January and I loved the sushi rolls very much, and on that occasion although we had to wait a long time with all the cold to be given a table, I think it was worth it.However, today I returned and was accompanied by my husband who had not been before, but the experience was disappointing, we ordered the same rolls that I ate in January but they were ugly, the Tempura Philadelphia Roll literally tasted like dough, I lost the desire to eat as did my husband and the taste of the other rolls were nothing like the ones I ate previously in January. The rice was too soft.I don't know if the chefs changed, but the food tasted different. My cousin who went with me in January also noticed the difference in today's rolls and didn't like them this time.As if that were not enough, I found a hair on a roll and not to mention the cleanliness of the bathrooms, dirty. My experience was very unpleasant and disappointing. I don't think I will return and I would even less recommend this place.

Amazing restaurant! The only thing I regret is... If it was Naruto or Hunter x Hunter instead of My Hero Academia, I would have gone every day.

They made me wait 1 hour for nothing and not very nice when they made me leave after waiting an hour they didn’t even say I’m sorry or goodnight and they don’t care about people.

They are cheating with your time. They give a very conservative time estimation to seat you. I was given 15-25 mins but when I reached there at my scheduled time, I found there were 10 more parties waiting ahead of me. I waited and left after 30 mins as there were 5 more parties to go. How wrong can their time estimations be unless they are purposely giving conservative estimates to keep you in the queue. Bad bad bad.

I had a disappointing experience at this sushi restaurant as I found a hair in my food. Despite bringing it to their attention, they still charged me for a replacement dish without apologizing, which left me dissatisfied with their customer service.

(Overall: D) - While the revolving sushi bar is a nice and convenient concept with many cheap, cooked, and filling options, my main struggle with this establishment is with the employees. One night when I went the host was completely unaccommodating and unhelpful for no reason, especially when it was an error on their part. As a restaurant that is primarily automated, I'm not sure how this person managed to develop such an attitude despite barely having to even interact with customers during the entire shift. Regardless, in that case I rather take my business to somewhere that respects my presence as there are plenty that are much more tasty restaurants with caring staff members. (Cut Rolls: B) - If you want to eat a lot of rolls at a relatively low price, Kura is the place. They have a variety of options from classics like California Roll other more experimental ones with fried shrimp on top. They both underscore the fast and good value of the establishment, but it can be evident that you are not eating for quality of freshness. (Hand Rolls: B) - In addition to many cut rolls, they have an equally expansive hand roll option to select. I feel like if you get the choices like eel or soft shell crab, they are quite a good deal and safe to eat. For the fish, those are more questionable, but they taste better than other places I've had sushi so it should still be relatively okay. If you're going for the natural flavor of the fish though, this is definitely not the place. (Nigiri: C) - Their nigiri I would say is not as good because here because there are some pieces that are unfresh as light of day; for example, the uni is dark and bitter. Additionally, the salmon tastes fine, but you can tell the faintness of color that the quality is lacking. This is understandable considering the price, but in my opinion I'd stay with the cooked food. -- Food: E Presentation: E Price: +1 Atmosphere: +1 Service: -2* Menu: +1 Overall: +1 D* Insta/Beli: @amei_eats

Quick, simple, fast meal. The booths are pretty comfortable to sit in. You just grab the plates of already prepared sushi as they come around on the conveyor belt. There's sushi like yellowtail, salmon, toro, sweet shrimp and rolls like California, Caterpillar, or Crunchy roll and other sushi variations. Most are simple, filling, and a quick hit for the tastebuds. Compared to other sushi places, this place is a quick, less expensive fix.

Just loved the place. Went there without knowing anything about the chain or the restaurant or how things operate over there. We went there without any expectations. The experience was something very new. Everything over there got us very excited. Although it is self service, there is a good service team to help you in everything needed. I went there with my work friends. I am now planning on taking my family to this as well.

I had a disappointing visit to Kura where I was made to wait for 90 minutes, despite their check-in indicating a 20-minute wait. Numerous individuals who arrived after me were seated promptly. The overall environment and management were subpar, leading to a frustrating dining experience. I will not come back again.

Food and service were good. I liked the convenience of the touchscreen ordering system. All of the rolls I tried were good, except for what I think was called the real crab roll. It was just dry shredded crab on top of rice, wrapped in nori. It was extremely bland and dry. I did wait about 3 rotations and some rolls I wanted to try never came around, so I had to order from the screen, which kind of defeated the experience of the rotating sushi bar. Overall, though, i had decent sushi, it was a cool restaurant, and the service was fast. I'd recommend it if you've never been to a sushi go round type restaurant, but if you're looking for the best sushi ever, this probably isn't it.

The sushi is terrible. If you want to have a cheap revolving sushi experience then go for it. The service is okay as we had to wait for more that 40 mins when it said only 25. It is pretty cheaply prices with 3.75$ for 3 piece of roll. Keep your expectations low. If you do not take a table and sit on booth chairs, it might get too crowded and people will be standing over your head, waiting and looking at what you are eating.

Don't bother downloading their app for a reservation, because it doesn't even work.
