Good Dominican food at a really good price plus there's a wide variety and they aren't cheap about the amount you get. Really wonderful staff. Super friendly and very helpful if you're not sure what to get. It's small but the staff makes you feel like family while dining there.

I placed a large order here, and now I’m paying the price. I tried to overlook the fact that the younger server rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth at every order, and even threw my bag of food onto the counter — all without any confrontation from me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided not to fuel the fire, hoping the food would make up for the experience.
But when I got home, things went downhill fast. My soup contained raw chicken, and I had already eaten half of it before realizing. Now I’m dealing with severe food poisoning — to the point where I may need to go to the ER. Serving undercooked food is a serious health hazard, and this should never happen.
To make matters worse, the plantains in the soup were clearly old and going bad — yet they were still served anyway. The pork chops were also so overcooked they were barely edible. If customer service is going to be lacking, at the very least the food should be prepared with care. Instead, it feels like no one even checked it before serving. All of that to be ripped off of over $50 too.
This is not what our abuelas would be proud of.

This place has potential there lunch buffet is good food has flavor. Alcapurria not so much dry and not much flavor. Service was ok nice people working. Clean and nice variety of drink options.

Quick food service, Beef stew was amazing with white rice. The place was not packed when I went, but as I was halfway with my meal it was starting to get packed. Good prices, great food.
Parking: It a hit and miss being it's on the main avenue of the shopping district. But don't let that deter you from going and enjoying a great homemade style meal.

She was kind, very professional.The food was impeccable, delicious and yummy..Now I understand why my dad loved this place..Establishment has been opened for over 30 years.. Try the platano pasteles, its to die for..

Their food has really elevated since 2020. My favorite is the chicken stew. With red beans and rice. Everyone their is great. Especially Elaine, real cool with a positive attitude. Definitely my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood
