I was repeatedly asked if I wanted two sandwiches (I said no), and home fries were confused with French fries—both over the phone and with another employee. I went in person to avoid mistakes, confirmed the order again, and was still given two sandwiches. When I opened it, it was also missing mayo. They added mayo, but poorly (basically dumped on). When I asked for the manager, the person claimed to be the manager but showed no engagement, no eye contact, and no effort to ensure the order was correct. This wasn’t a single mistake—it was a consistent failure to listen or communicate. Very disappointing service.

I’ve come here a couple of times already & I will say each time, the food is phenomenal. I’ve tried the regular chicken and the BBQ chicken and they were both good, very flavorful. Prices are reasonable as well. I will say, I wish the service was better. The employees seem like they don’t want to be there, like they’re rushing the customers out but it could have been just the people there on the two days I went. Definitely would still recommend coming and trying their food.

If you are not Hispanic don’t go there they will NOT respect you as a person. They ignore black people when they’re trying to order and smile and are really friendly with other Hispanic people while being rushing and dismissive with others. There’s been many times I ordered over the phone and tried to pick up in restaurant and stood in line and despite the order being ready they will call everyone else, even taking new orders before just handing me my food. I’ve given them multiple chances because their food is good but their body language and customer service (unless you’re visibly Hispanic)is terrible. They just don’t have any respect for black customers.

Fantastic place! The food all looked and tasted amazing based on what I had and what everyone in my large party got. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the food is one of the best bang for your buck deals because the proportions were huge!

Check y'all Expiration dates on y'all food items before cooking/serving it to customers! I could tell by the taste or smell of the item that it's going bad or is fully rotten. Also if a customer says something doesn't taste right, don't cause a whole argument with them. Offer them a exchange or their money back! It's simple! This place is very unprofessional and have a rude safe (not all but most of them are nasty). In fact, majority of the Hispanic restaurants in this area have rude staff or is selling rotten foods. So be aware everyone!!!

Terrible service from the person at the counter (María). I even asked for her name before leaving so I could write the review with her name. Besides her bad service and rude way of speaking to customers, the portions she served were very small. When I asked her what certain things were called, she responded with a bad attitude. On top of everything, the food was awful. I ordered a yuca pastry, stewed beef, and chicken soup. Everything was bad. I’ll never come back.
