Went for dinner and i was not disappointed. Loved the duck confit and the mushroom soup. A bit meeh with the bread pudding. It was so sweet, i could not take a second bite. Overall was okay. I will gladly come back to try different food. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The place was always full so better to have a reservation. I recommend this place!
Cozy downtown Jersey City spot for American fare prepared simply and served quickly. The cocktail menu is comprehensive and customizable. The waitstaff is friendly and informative and provides great input to enhance the dining experience. As an ad d ed touch, the friendly owner makes his way to the "front of the house" to interact with patrons. Highly recommend!
I recently visited Latham House. It was a cute place but I didn’t like the communal tables. When I go to eat I want to be able to focus on my conversation with who I’m with, not be squished between strangers. The layout of this restaurant isn’t doing it any favors. I did see some booths but wasn’t lucky enough to get one. This is a small restaurant so prepare to wait. However, the food was good and the service was very fast.
