Liberty House Wedding & Event Venue

Everything was incredibly high end throughout the entire event, but the cocktail hour + was off the charts for the variety, the presentation, and incredible staff with the butler service items as well. I’m only sorry I didn’t get to sample each and every one of all the offerings but, from what I understood, there wasn’t anything that wasn’t five star! All of our guests were so impressed and could not stop praising in their compliments.

The menu that was selected for the dinner was also phenomenal. Everyone at my table had a different entrée and I enjoyed the salmon immensely as did my table mates that loved the New York strip, as well as the vegetarian stuffed pepper. The exquisitely beautiful cake together with the miniature pastries, at the end, which were an absolute delight brought the evening to even greater heights.

The wait staff, the bartenders, the bridal attendant, and all the assistants in your service should be exceptionally commended. Their attention to requests was spot on and they could not have been more cordial in their commitment to making Eliana and Nav’s wedding perfect in every way.

Of course, the magnificent view of the New York City skyline was beyond breathtaking. We so enjoyed having our guests observe from their vantage point such a magnificent city. Taking Photographs in your Cherry tree esplanade, which was of special significance to the bridal couple, was especially memory making.

Regarding our weekend stay, we also so enjoyed a magnificent rehearsal dinner on Saturday night, followed by a phenomenal brunch on Monday morning. Our guests staying for two nights at The Hyatt Regency brought us all the advantage of being in close proximity to your venue.

How wonderful it all was to provide such a memorable series of events. Our gratitude for your gracious hospitality and devoted attention to every aspect of the day cannot be praised enough.

What an absolute beautiful place to have a wedding! My DIL wanted NYC as the backdrop and she got it! But it’s not only about the venue itself, the staff headed by Danielle were absolutely amazing! Everything went off without a hitch! The food was amazing from the mixer before the wedding to the wedding and the after food! Everyone one the staff was so accommodating and kind and made sure that day was absolutely perfect! Danielle, I can’t thank you enough for giving Billy and Emilie the most beautiful wedding EVER!!!

Got married here early last year - more than a year after, our friends still compliment us on how great our wedding was! The staff were so kind and professional. Two highlights - especially appreciated the dinner tasting and how careful they were with packing things up at the end of our wedding night for pick-up the next day, which made a HUGE difference in freeing us up to enjoy the rest of the night. So grateful to have found this venue.

Food was cooked perfectly. Nothing crazy or special about the menu but everything we ate was served at a great temperature and seasoned perfectly. Great service, cool ambiance with view of NYC, laidback live music. 2 weddings and an engagement party were taking place in their other rooms and still wasn't too loud.

Everyone at the Liberty House is a pleasure to work with. Among being super accommodating, efficient and professional, they truly care about their clients and work to make sure the event runs smoothly. The food and the service was outstanding and every single guest left with nothing but positive things to say.

We passed early by the restaurant , door was open and we were looking to get breakfast . We asked an old men inside that seem to be the manager if it was open , and rudely he show us the door saying we are close . In hospitality business you cannot do that to customer . Staying polite is a must . Perhaps this manager should’ retire if he do not like any more his job

Love this restaurant - the staff is great, accommodating, and serves meals appropriately based on how quickly you are drinking/eating. We continue to return for the taste and ambience offered.

Maddy Rose is the perfect place for special occasions or a night out. They had a band playing soft music which added to the beautiful ambiance.

We got married at the Liberty House on Saturday, February 28th and I cannot thank Danielle Villa enough for making our day absolutely perfect. From the very first tour to the final sparkler send-off, she was an absolute joy to work with🤍

We spent our 1st anniversary here. I've been living in Jersey City for 8 years and had always just passed by this restaurant. It looks like a beautiful venue from the outside, but I never imagined it would be such an amazing place inside. My wife and I started with a welcome drink, and we were pleasantly surprised to see “Happy Anniversary” printed on the menu. That thoughtful touch immediately made the evening feel special. We began with the Citrus Grilled Shrimp and the White Bean Ravioli appetizer. The shrimp was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the ravioli was honestly 5/5 stars — actually 5+! It was the best ravioli we've both ever had. For drinks, we ordered the Dress to Empress and Smoke and Mirrors cocktails, along with a glass of Malbec (Alta Vista Estate). Everything was beautifully crafted and well balanced. For the main course, we had the Prime Rib — and wow, what an amazing steak. It was incredibly tender and juicy. We normally don't use steak sauce because it's often too salty or too sweet for our taste, but this one was different. It was perfectly balanced and complemented the meat beautifully — just amazing! We finished the night with a flourless chocolate cake topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was the perfect sweet ending to our celebration. The staff (sorry we forgot the name!) was absolutely friendly and attentive throughout the entire evening. Everything was perfect from start to finish — thank you for making our anniversary so special! We will definitely come back, and next time we'll bring more people for a casual dinner as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing views, very friendly staff a little on the small side but very nice.

My experience was excellent and I am going back again this weekend and going to request the same waiter.
