Even before it changed its name and ownership, I was frequenting this place. It remains the best diner in downtown J.C., and I can say that the quality has not altered. The service is consistently excellent, and the cuisine is superb. Nancy, the floor manager, is incredibly kind and never gives me bad advice. will always return!

Friendly staff with a good atmosphere, albeit loud. Pancakes were good if you like the dry and cakey kind that absorb all the syrup. Taste and texture is very similar to the inside of a KFC or Popeyes biscuit. Not my preferred kind of pancake, but decent nonetheless. Bacon and eggs were good and cooked well.
However, a cup of tea (which, by the way, is just a bag of Bigelow) is $4 PER CUP. No free refills, which we were not informed of. I can get a whole box of Bigelow...

I've never had better pancakes in my life until I stepped in this amazing establishment. The pumpkin pancakes with a pumpkin shake with bits and pieces of pumpkin pie is something I can look forward to. If your ever in downtown jersey city stop by you won't be disappointed
