Satisfying, authentic Chinese food.
We ordered some small plates before dinner rush and had a great time. The ambiance was pleasant. The restaurant changed ownership about a year ago, and the service was friendly.

If you have experience on authentic mainland Chinese food, no need treat low-score reviews here too seriously - if you know what I mean, you know it. Come and enjoy spicy food.

I regularly do pick up and it's authentic food. I've always had a good experience when popping by and ordering. The food tastes made to order.

Most things I’ve ordered so far taste stale, like old, reused oil and frozen canned vegetables. More importantly, the cashier lady is rude and obnoxious! I have seen her straight up curse at and verbally abuse myself and other customers. I don’t know how they’re staying afloat with substandard food and awful customer service. Hoping another, superior Chinese restaurant takes their place, because the location is so convenient.

Delicious and authentic Szechuan food.
Their Sour and Spicy Shredded potato is excellent. We love steamed fish too. :)

The floor was so dirty - i didn’t realize how nasty it was until i sat down. It’s wet and covered with a thick layer of salt.

For anyone who likes relatively authentic Chinese food, Ling Long Xuan is worth a visit!
I came here specifically to try their Mapo tofu dish because I’m a fan of it. And I’d say it was better than average: I’m used to ones that are bland, or too oily, or very heavy on the peppercorns. While this version does have sauce it didn’t seem overly oily and seemed to mix well over rice.
And that’s all I tried haha - I ordered 2 dishes of this because friends were curious too! If I’m around area and craving Chinese food I would give one of their other dishes a try too.
Note that they are currently closed for indoor dining. Parking seems to be street. And bonus props for not changing their name to something more easily pronounceable or recognizable! At least they’re true to what they’re about.

2025 visit: Good thing I write reviews because I forgot I’d already visited. By now they are fully open.
I ordered their mapo tofu lunch size, with a hot and sour soup.
The tofu is still good, though the serving size is a bit small for my preference.
The hot & sour soup is dark and very gelatinous, with the sour taste coming through clearly from the first sip. Not my favorite version of this classic soup, next time I’d opt for the egg drop.
Food is great always treat me like family when I walk in very respectful
We looked for authentic Chinese food and found this wonderful restaurant. We ordered dim sum - excellent! The chicken and eggplant dish was exactly as we wanted and was just the right spiciness. Watch out for the soup though…. While excellent the soup serving was enough for the entire family. And if you want a bit of adventure, ask for a custom authentic dish…. They will accommodate personal requests and make them special. Service was very personal and helpful.

Their food is generally good for the most part and so is the overall look of the place. However, the service was really not it. The lady who was there tending to customers stayed glued to her phone and I had to keep calling her over to my table to provide me and my family some service. She even forgot to give our table white rice after I ordered it but thankfully she did not charge us for it. On top of that, the bathrooms here are quite dirty. I’d only recommend this place for takeout but even then you’d be better off eating Chinese food someplace else.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at LingLong Xuan Jersey city. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming ambiance that set the tone for the evening. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes, each bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I started with the hot and sour soup, which had the perfect balance of spice and tanginess. For the main course, I opted for the Kung Pao Chicken and the Beef with Broccoli. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, with tender meat and fresh vegetables. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impeccable.
LingLong is a gem of a Chinese restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and delightful dining experience. Whether you're a fan of classic Chinese dishes or looking to try something new, this restaurant has something for everyone. I will definitely be returning soon!

I recently dined at Ling Long Xuan, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The decor is both elegant and cozy, making it the perfect spot for any occasion.
The service was exceptional; our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Now, let's talk about the food! Each dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the beef with string bean, which was a standout. The freshness of the ingredients really shone through.
The drink menu was equally impressive, featuring a great selection of wines and creative cocktails. We finished off our meal with desserts, and it was the perfect sweet ending.
Overall, I can't recommend Ling Long Xuan enough. I’ll definitely be returning for another amazing meal. Five stars!

We really liked this placr. The food was good and by far the best we had in Jc. Not sure who runs the front but she is nasty and has the worst costumer service. I come for takeout for that random night I’m stuck w no time
To cook, so my kids are usually waiting in the car: and they tell me 20 min. I show up 20 min and they tell me to sit down. They are cooking. No idea when the food will be ready. That’s what they said sit down I don’t know. Yet people who came after got food and were already eating. An unorganized mean mess. Horrible customer service. I gave this place another shot but I’m done.
I recently visited this Chinese restaurant with some friends for dimsum, and it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a nice mix of traditional decor and a lively vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive, guiding us through the menu and making sure we had everything we needed. The service was quick, but we never felt rushed, which made it perfect for a relaxed night out.
The dimsum itself was fantastic—rich, flavorful with a huge variety of warm dishes. We had a blast trying different meats, and the customizable sauces added a fun twist. It’s the perfect spot for hanging out with friends, and I’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend if you're a fan of dimsum.
