Literally the best lobster roll in JC
Horrible experience. Rude host- margarita was not even 40ml and priced at 11$. The shrimp b’boy was terrible. 90% bread and lettuce and 2 shrimp pieces. Over priced food for $30.
I would come here everyday day,if it was me but I'm far but I totally recommend coming here with friends or dates
Really hoping this review makes them change, used to be our favorite place and would go weekly.
There seems to be a new employee (Caucasian, about 6ft tall) who just acts like he’s in a frat house. Two times ago he was drunk, vaping behind the bar changing songs ever 30 seconds, this time, spent 15 minutes bumping into our table putting on a supreme sticker on the wall, still vaping behind the bar, then brought his dog out which just walked around peeing+pooping all over the dining area (and I have 3 dogs) Would love to take this down… will be back once more but might be the third strike for us

Morning, noon, and night, always a ton of fun. Stopped by for breakfast this morning and what a deal. Egg sandwich on a roll with sausage for $8?! Beautiful.
Great indoor/outdoor spot with plenty of doggos enjoying the sun. They also have a great happy hour and lunch/dinner menu from Lighthorse Tavern.

Very casual, very friendly. Perfect summer evening spot. There are always a few dogs outside.

I gave this place a great review in the past. However, I had a terrible experience today. My steamed mussels were stale. Most of them had wilted meat and the whole dish smelled pretty bad. The server resisted to acknowledge the issue at first. They tried to convince me that they can't do anything. Finally, she wanted to see my dish, after about 2 seconds of inspection, she assured me that it was all OK. I threw the dish in the trash right in front of her. No reaction. This is how business gets a bad reputation. BTW, I have been a regular at their sister restaurant, the light horse for more than 15 years. This is the first time I complained about food.

Lobster roll was delicious.....they should lightly toast the roll, but that's just my personal preference. There would have been a better picture of the lobster roll, but i couldn't put it down. Good mixed drinks and outdoor tables seal the deal for me.

I am here right now. 13 Sat /24. Order time was 8:46. Got our food: fish and chips and steak after 45 min, after several argument with cashier Merari, super rude person. The worst place to eat here. Dont visit here.

Not worth the $70 for the mediocre food. Highly disappointed in the buttery lobster roll, tossed 3 pieces of chewy/off tasting lobster out. Coleslaw was not flavorful. The fish was the best part and the only reason I even gave this place 2 stars.

We came here for the Friday happy hour. The oysters were pretty poor. Half of them had tipped over and fallen out of their shells (so no juice and questionable ice with the oysters). The fish tacos were pathetic. Untoasted tortilla and a game of where's the fish? I'd said no onions and my tacos had onions. The lobster wontons were burnt and honestly worse than frozen wontons.
The whole experience was nasty. To top it all, the hostess just kept staring at us and was in no way welcoming.
The only good thing here was the garage rocket cocktail.
$90 happy hour was $40 too much for the poor quality food!
A little more care and attention towards the food would make this place be a great happy hour evening joint!

Portions are abominable. Ordered fried oysters and revived 5. Feel like I paid 60 dollars to get smacked in the face. Never again, never again.
The servers at night want you out of the place at least 1 hour before closing. Or your subtly suggested to move to the adjacent indoors bar. Food is ok and the place has a chill, no frills vibe.
