Great Chicago style pizza. Menu is a bit small but feels like quality over quantity. Haven't tried the drinks but excited to based off the cocktail menu. Cool neighborhood spot.

Absolutely NOT. The host with the coward attitude needs to learn people skills. Honest review and bizarre I have to even mention this. Walked in got id security guard then asks if we need a table yes thank you. Security guard directs us to sit in the front. We sit. We scan the QR code waiting for service. Host who we thought was waiter comes up with a nasty attitude asking if we spoke to him. Obviously not! So why are you even approaching us with this rude question. I then explain no the security guard told us to sit down. He gives a snarky attitude as if we are intruding and explains that this is reserved for someone. OK?!! Host starts to walk away while suggesting with hands to leave, we get up security guard immediately apologizes to us more than once. It was his fault too although at first I didn't want to blame him but yes he placed us in this awkward position, I said the host was rude to us and you need to let him know you told us to sit there. Nothing happens. I am a professional and needed to let the host know that was unnecessary the host is approached by me and I let them know they did not need to be rude to us. Host had a poor demeanor and was adamant they weren't rude but continued with an attitude the host then proceeded to walk away. I walked away as there was clearly no accountability from this person. As I'm walking away they then turn around to loudly yell to the security guard not to let us back in. I am clearly walking away and out of this place. Really confused on how this is normal and this is allowed. Wish the experience was different. Three stars as I reached out to owner and they apologized and tried to fix the situation but hire people who know and will do better as if they are the owner. Many establishments in the area, inflation is high people are more serious about where they spend their hard earned money, word spreads.

Can't comment on the cocktails but the food is phenomenal. Regularly order the Detroit style pizza and wedge salad. Definitely try the pepperoni w/ hot honey or the mushroom (forgot the menu names). One of the best in JC for sure!

Great local spot in the Heights. Pizzas are great, the beer selection is fantastic (They have Alchemist beers! I hadn't seen those since I left Vermont), but their cocktails can be hit or miss. I wish they had high chairs since this neighborhood has a lot of families. Maybe someday they will! Staff are really friendly and the service is great.Parking: Street parking if you can find itKid-friendliness: No high chairs or kids menu, but they are cool with kids

Nice local neighborhood bar and grill. Known for their Detroit-Style pizza which was just ok, similar to Chicago deep dish, but very doughy and kind of boring. They make good drinks though- had a Negroni, and their beer list is decent. Music is loud and punk-- think lower east side. This would be a good place to meet up with friends for a drink before heading into the city.

The pizza is delicious! They also have great drinks. I've had trouble getting a table on busy nights (Friday, Saturday) but otherwise have always been served quickly. A great local hang!

I remember a time when craft beer was a rare and cherished commodity, where enthusiasts like myself would patiently wait in line to savor unique and flavorful brews. However, as the market became saturated with an influx of breweries and tap houses, I couldn't help but notice a significant dip in the quality of the beverages. Sadly, I am witnessing a similar trend unfold in the realm of "Detroit" Style pizza, with Low Fidelity Pizza standing as a prime example of a establishment that has failed to live up to the hype.As a connoisseur of quality pizza, having indulged in numerous slices from the greater Detroit area during my graduate school years, and as a New Yorker, I believe I possess the credibility to declare that the offerings at Low Fidelity Pizza fall short of the mark. In my opinion, what they serve could be best described as a glorified, giant cheesy bread with toppings. The sauce left much to be desired, and the quality of the pepperoni on the (metro city pan) was subpar.Furthermore, my experience was marred by poor service on a Saturday night at 7:30, despite the place not being crowded. I chose to visit Low Fidelity Pizza to enjoy a pleasant October evening, but it quickly became evident that I had made a poor choice. The service was lackluster; my inquiries were met with a series of "no" responses, from the absence of grated parmesan and garlic powder to being handed a McCormick's container when I asked for red pepper flakes (see attached picture). We decided to sample three different styles of pizza - the margherita, the white pan pizza (the name of which escapes me), and another variant. Unfortunately, none managed to meet our expectations. Based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Low Fidelity Pizza. There are numerous other establishments that offer superior food, ambiance, and service, making this particular pizzeria unworthy of your time and energy. In the interest of guiding fellow food enthusiasts away from a potentially disappointing dining experience, I felt compelled to share my candid thoughts. Detroit Style pizza deserves better, and so do we.
