Very poor customer service. Pathetic and rude behavior by Chacha Gee working inside. I have come from UK and my friend took me to this place. The Chacha inside didnt pay any attention to take our order and let us wait for long and upon asking for whats in the breakfast he goes everything is displayed see yourself and let me know in a rude way. First ever and worst experience without tasting the food. Respected owner you really need to have a look at your business how your people are ruining your business. Enhance Customer service please. Whoever is giving this restaurant 5 stars for food is doing a disservice to other customers until they improve their food quality. 95% of the time, the food is old, frozen, and completely tasteless. The lady at the front desk will insist it’s “totally fresh,” but that’s far from the truth.
I have no personal issue with the restaurant, but the food itself and the dishonesty are unacceptable. My husband and I both got sick for three days after eating here. Stomach issues are not something anyone should have to deal with after dining out. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements because this level of quality is dangerous and disappointing.
