Marty’s is the best! On 11/25 I ordered for delivery after working a 14 hour day. Because of the weather, the driver was delayed almost an hour. Marty’s remade my food despite it being right before they closed, and included a banana pudding in my order free of charge.

Unfortunately, today, November 6th, 2025, around 6:20 pm, while waiting for our takeout order, we had the worst experience a customer can have in a restaurant. We were sitting at the table waiting for our order and I had the displeasure of seeing a mouse crawling out from under the cashier's counter and going under the refrigerator where the beverages are kept, indicating a total lack of cleanliness and no inspection of the premises. My wife and children were so disturbed and disgusted that we were unable to eat our order, which went straight into the trash. In short, we spent $49 and didn't have the courage to eat after what we saw. We have no intention of returning to this establishment. Unfortunately, the experience was quite unpleasant.

Usually my go to burger spot until I received someone else’s order and was promised a refund for the mistake, but never received it. I waited 2wks, as requested, for the refund to be processed only to be told after calling again that I was given the wrong information. Marty’s management contacted DoorDash even though they used a 3rd party delivery service expecting them to refund me and they refused. Management then called me back, again promising a refund, this time directly from management and I have yet to receive or hear anything from them. I used to give them lots of business but after this experience, I will absolutely never eat here again. $24 order gone to waste.
$13 for a double cheeseburger but if you add a patty to one of their other burgers you’re close to $20 which is ridiculous for a smash burger place

I ordered delivery and unfortunately it was very, very, very bad… wanted to love it but the burger was flavorless, the patty tasted unseasoned, and it smelled horrible. The fries were also extremely soggy and stuck together (my delivery only took 15-20 mins and this has never happened with other delivery fries). The shake was good. Overall wouldn’t recommend or order again but given the great reviews maybe willing to chalk it up to a bad day in the kitchen. Unfortunate bc I’ve been home sick with a cold this week and cooking for myself and just finally wanted a good hearty meal today and unfortunately couldn’t eat most of it. :(
