It's ok. The menu is huge. Didn't know what to get. I love seafood and ordered the broiled seafood combo. The salmon was delicious, the shrimp were huge, the crab cake was a bit dense. The mashed potatoes seemed like they were from a box, the peas had no seasoning, no butter. Everything was good but nothing amazing. The service was great and the staff were fun. It was a bit warm inside. They were busy, but the service was still good. It looked like a cute diner.

A very cute place to have Sunday brunch! My first meal after the Jersey City marathon was right here! We weren't able to put in a reservation beforehand, but we were still able to get seated when we arrived close to noon. I had the sweet potato & andouille sausage hash withOUT the sausage. The server said he could add more brussels sprouts since someone else had requested the same before, and I agreed to it (though I wasn't too hungry and didn't care either way). My meal had a beautiful presentation. The eggs were perfectly poached and there was just enough hollandaise sauce. The brussels sprouts however just seemed undercooked flavor-wise and more could have been done to better their quality. Needless to say, I finished my plate except for the brussels sprouts. All-in-all, a great cafe in an excellent location of Jersey City---well worth the visit!

Went for dinner and had a great time. Ordered a cocktail that was similar to a Moscow Mule which was nice and refreshing. We had the Deviled Eggs and Sticky wings which were both delicious. For our main, the Pasta Ragu, Broccolini and Truffle Waffle fries - all delicious. The servers seemed a bit too busy and we had to look for them a few times but I'd definitely recommend it for a nice casual dinner.

I want to follow up on the review left by Ramona R on 3/29 and add context to this situation.We came into this establishment and enjoyed the food. However, we came in for one drink each and split an entree. I put down my credit card for the bill and waited 20 minutes for my the bill to be returned.I was then given a second check, and when I notified the waiter that I had already given them my Amex, I was met with confusion. We then waited another 15 minutes with no updates, until I approached the checkout counter and inquired about the credit card. The team had given my card to another patron who then took it and left the establishment.None of this was conveyed to us until I came back to the checkout a second time to understand what the wait was for. In the meantime I had fraudulent charges on my card and called Amex to replace the card I had put down.The patron eventually came back and returned my card (in all likelihood) to retrieve his own card - however not confirmed.Yes they comped us our meal, but the response from management to our original post of ("do you want us to follow you around all day?") shows a clear lack of professionalism, that I have not experienced in a restaurant. We were met with attitude after we let them know we needed to catch a flight, and not really sure where this animosity came from, given we had been patient with their error.I enjoyed this restaurant, but a clear error on their end was met with hostility given we were given zero communication until I forced the issue. And this was reenforced in a child-like comment on Google Reviews.Good luck here - my recommendation is to pay with cash.

Very nice place. I had the black bean burger with fries on the side and it was delicious. Interesting cocktail menu and I tried a smoked gin based cocktail which was very good. Great service! Would totally come back ??

Giving it a good review as its a great quick place to grab dinner. Was able to make reservations with an hour notice on a weekday. Got there and there were no issues. Drinks were good and food was amazing! Definitely had that extra flavor that you cant get at home or a chain restaurant. Was very satisfied. Aesthetics of the place is low light and calm , so perfect for any date night and a quick drink. Ill add the Brussels sprouts are really good from here and should be recommended as an appetizer.

Loved this restaurant! The service was great and they had a quaint private table for our 8 person party on a weekend. Ordered the truffle cacio e pepe and it was so good!! My friend got a veggie burger which was OK. Overall happy with the restaurant!
